I pay my granddaughters rental fee that is an automatic withdrawal each month. My debit card was hacked and I inadvertently forgot to update the debit card. The local office refused to write off the late fee even after I reminded them it is paid every month and that my husband has cancer so been dealing with that also! So on top of everything else I have to pay a $15 late fee. I think they could have had a little more compassion based on the circumstances and that I have automated payments. It was not my fault my card was hacked but a nightmare to resolve! I was not notified until they charged the late fee! I have talked to them before and they know I amPaying the rental yet they never contacted me! Poor business customer service!

I reserved a uhaul online 2 days before I needed it. I arrived and used the app to retrieve it and got the code to get the key then realized there wasn't an appliance dolly. I then went inside to get it. After I went in they told me they double booked the same uhaul and wouldn't let me take it after I already had the key. They seem to pick which customers they want to take the vehicle if they double book. The other customer may not have used the online system but I already had the key and had been charged and they still wanted the key back and didn't have anything else. I would not recommend using this place at all.

This place is HORRIBLE obviously no help with knowing how to start the U-haul truck. You would think they be kind enough to help someone with a learning disability. The guy was VERY rude to me about where i could NOT park my car at. He told me NOT to park in 2 different spot but THEN someone else was parked in one of those spots i got told not to park in. Horrible experience.

I’m only rating one star because I have to post this comment! PLEASE DONT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! My items got infested with roaches and they said they could do anything. And the insurance they offered does not cover roach/pest infestations. CROOKS!

Open at convenient hours, and with very friendly and helpful staff. The store also has a lot of items for sale that I wouldn't have thought of previously.

I just wanted to know how much their packing boxes were before I drove across town. So I called. Well, there was no option for me to choose to ask about packing boxes. Nor is there an option to talk to a person. So I had to choose a random option. After a long time on hold, the guy answers. I say I want to know how much packing boxes are, he just says "oh", and without telling me, puts me back on hold, then hangs up on me after 20 seconds.

I was reprimanded for being late for my reservation and then to find out he didn't even have what I reserved in the first place. Liberty was very kind in helping us.

This place Robbed us of $215 . The truck got 5/MPG maybe and also no working tail lights or dash lights and when this was brought to their attention I was refunded $35…… SAVE YOUR MONEY! Penske has a great business I will never use uhaul or refer them to anyone again this was a terrible experience (Muncie to Indianapolis)

U-haul has a 100% Buy Back On Boxes That This Location Will Not Honer We bought over 200 boxes for a long distance move its say right on the box 100% Buy back on the box This location refuses To Honer Buy Back In Muncie IN. Sounds About right Another company Miss Leading Customers.

Picking up went great. BUT when returning the trailer, we pulled under the green canopy to complete check in and level one and the CSR instructed us to park the trailer and he would level on the trailer in the parking spot. Upon inspection the trailer had NOT been properly level oned to begin with. It was full of snow when we picked up ( yes I understand it’s in Indiana but still), the sticker was from December and we didn’t receive a text message to verify equipment images before leaving. There is a reason for a level on inspection and it should ALWAYS be done under the canopy, thats why the mule is there or heck grab a BP and throw a TS1 on it. MCP, your GM should do better. This would never fly if I was GM. In my past career My MCP would have rode my rear end about level ones. Also, half of the lot is not at level one as well. If Joe showed up here, if would not be a good day. Maybe a visit from the MCP and ADVP is needed at this location. If they aren’t completely following the simplest level one, then how safe if the equipment really??DO BETTER UHAUL.
