If their is zero star I would give to them, they know nothing about hair styling, the lady who did the blowout for me know nothing about blowout. I ask them to make the look better by straightener then they told me to pay extra charge.

Scummy place. Stylists lie about how much a service will cost when asked and then will lie to the manager or the manager will lie for them and say that they were completely transparent about the cost from the beginning. They can’t do anything because I’m “satisfied” with my hair. Just because your stylist didn’t ruin my hair, doesn’t mean you get to treat people like this. Don’t go here if you value your money.

Wow! Yesterday was my first time in. I interacted with several staff members… each one was top-tier customer service oriented.. including the young lady who greeted me immediately as I walked in! The store smelled amazing, and was very well organized. 🤩😘

Got my hair done the girl mixed something for my roots I’m like okay what’s that she said it will blend your roots she didn’t mention that it was a $50 up charge then was like you need a cut I said not really she then said yes you need a haircut so again she insisted and also didn’t mention a up charge. Then she begged me to let her curl it I told her my hair doesn’t really hold up so I didn’t need it and she said please let me try again no mention of up charge so I left with a huge bill of things I didn’t even ask for. And my hair didn’t stay curled just as I said it doesn’t work very disappointing thank goodness I had enough money to pay for the up charges went in believing it was $134 ended up being $265 I feel stylist should make sure people understand the charges upfront

The lady at the register makes it a game to tell you how many points you have after the transaction and the fact that they expire at the end of the month. She wants you to say couldn't I have used them on this transaction... So she can say I ask if there was anything else. REALLY??? So very rude!! this is not the first time I have had rude service at this Ulta and it really is a shame because a few of the girls are really nice.

I do believe the lady that cut and colored my daughters hair was Raelyn, it was something close to that. She did a wonderful job in the time that she had because of our time limitation. I believe the prices are a bit high, she just had her bangs colored and a haircut, $140.

9-16-2024 walked in with my daughter and husband on first appearance the store is beautiful and smells amazing. However that’s where the good stops. There were 2 ladies working the counter talking to each other laughing and looked at me and never said can I help you or anything I stood there for 3 mins before walking away. Not one employee helped me very rude. We were the only ones in the store at the time so there’s no excuse. I walked down to Sephora and had a totally different experience they were eager to help very polite some things were more expensive but it was worth the extra to be treated with respect and kindness.

Drucilla is an amazing stylist at the salon! She is always working some incredible magic on my hair. Ulta is lucky to have such a creative vivid artist on their staff!!

The three ladies who were working closing on 6/4 were amazing! I didn’t arrive until 7:57 after driving an hour and they closed at 8pm. I was trying to make sure my daughter had her birthday presents she wanted. They did not one time get upset or nasty. They smiled greeted me and helped me find what I needed. I felt so bad going in so late but they did not act bothered at all. I can’t thank those three ladies enough for making sure I was able to get what I needed!

The staff here are always so kind and helpful. Shannon was extraordinarily helpful in getting me matched with a product that fit my needs, and Victoria was a very sweet and personable cashier. Overall, one of the best Ulta's I've been to.
