He really went out of his way to resolve a difficult situation. He was kind and compassionate and we greatly appreciated him taking the time and consideration to make sure that our needs were met and that we got what we ordered. I highly recommend this store because they value the customer experience and they go out of their way to provide great service. That is hard to find and I very much appreciate it.”
