HUGE SHUTOUT ! For the employees who worked this Christmas Eve, I work for AutoZone and didn't get off until 7pm. Everything was closed except that store so I went in got three gift cards for 75 dollars apiece for my kids.. Here's the awesome part, when I went to pay the young lady questioned me for the purpose of having 3 gift cards.. explain it was for my kids Christmas gift.. I loved they asked, with all the scammers who want to use gifts cards to steal money, and you guys are protecting customers so they wouldn't fall victim.. Thank you and keep up being vigilant...

Overall great, but the associate handling the photo center in the evening on labor day was not thinking or well ahead of time, and kind. More details below. Overall, I wasted 20 minutes on the employee's lack of professionalism and knowledge. Please take note of other reviews commenting the employee rudeness!!!
She was super sarcastic and passive rude about packaging. I only had to walk-in with my packages, and she could respond with a Walgreens does not package FedEx ahead of time and a larger box is required to return.
She was very cold, not straight to the point, but she seemed upset to deal with me in the start. She was walking aimlesly around to find out how to print the label. I left a package of the order in my car so I checked whatever I can comr back to get it real quick. She did not understand and thought i was trying to leave without my boxes. She did not tell me till a bit later about a bigger box required for all of them when I went back to my car to get a last package for the full order. She could have said a larger box would be required only FedEx Provides for free. However, she spoke in a condensing tone how I need to package it and she can't. Then, she revealed how the single label wasn't enough. I sighed, and said they should probably not mention Walgreens can do this then. She took it personal, and looked at another customer like she was shocked and sharing a joke then said in the same condensing tone showing her lack of care and empathy "okayyyy have a good day."

Walgreens is my go to quick shopping trip. Ok unless I wanna look for good deals and clearance items I might just take a bit longer here. Such a variety of stuff. From my supplements to hair products. I love trying all the new shampoos, conditioners and leave in conditioners. Sometime i get my makeup here as well. Good for quick quality gifts. Most generally I'll always be back. Very recommended.

Customer service was at an all time low. After waiting for a while, someone finally came to the register. Customer service associate, Jordan, provided no greeting & no words during the ENTIRE TIME of the transaction. He did have time to text during the transaction and left me to read the screen for my total. #terribleService

I've been coming here for years, and I've always had a great experience with the pharmacy. But the other day I called about my medicine and an address change and the pharmacist on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Very hateful and made me never want to go back. I'm currently in the middle of changing pharmacies because of this. I've never been so disrespected in my life, ajd i dont feel comfortable having someone like that in charge of my medications.

I have a bad experience EVERY time I go to this pharmacy, but the MOST frustrating is when the pharmacist is downright RUDE to customers. I've seen this over and over at this location.. someones title went straight to their head! My fam won't be returning to this location!
