Why is it I can’t get the prescription I ordered? This Walgreens really needs help the pharmacy is so poor! I’ve never had such I sad drug store as this one. ☹️

I was previously employed at this location. Upon hire, I was lied to about the responsibilities of my role and pretty much forced to fill in where the pharmacy was short staffed. Weeks after weeks training was postponed. I was given full time hours while hours were revoked from the employees who were employed before I was.I was treated as if I was supposed to hop in and know all of the operations of this pharmacy. I had not worked retail pharmacy for almost 3 years, and the stores systems are completely different. The full time pharmacist, she was extremely bitter for personal reasons, rude and easily agitated with her employees. She barked her commands, expected you to thoroughly multitask between phone calls, drive thru patients, in-store patients, medication, and many of other secondary tasks while there would be only myself and one other technician. A great majority of this team (one pharmacist and 3 technicians total), were extremely stressed, underpaid, unheard. The store manager would ask for the technicians input on how to make the pharmacy flow smoother, but when suggestions were offered she immediately rebutted with why managements way of doing things made more sense. Sadly Walgreens does not pay and has not ever paid their employees what they’re worth. If you are crunched for time or would like to pick up your medications on weekends or even wish to be treated fairly as an employee this pharmacy is NOT the place for you.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever gone to. They routinely don't open until 11am even though their hours say earlier, they never stock medications, they aren't open on weekends or after 6pm, and the staff are all very rude and condescending.

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription that was promised to me by a tech that I spoke with yesterday. I normally get my prescriptions at this location, but my medication was not available at their location in December. The Morrison location told me that the Tillotson location had one month's dosage available for me.I usually get 3 months at one time. I paid my co-pay for the three, but only was given one. I was told that they would let me know when the medication was available. I never heard back from anyone, so I checked back with the Tillotson store. They were unable to help me they told me.I go in this evening to pick up the prescription back at Morrison. I explained the situation to Meredith that waited on me. She assured me that this could not happen, and there was no one working there that had told me this information. When I asked who I could have spoken to at their store she told me one employee that was not working this evening. Meredith was extremely rude. She told me to go back to the Tillotson store because it was their issue. However, Tillotson stated it was not their issue. Now I am left without the medication owed to me, I am very disgusted with the way this whole situation was handled.It is time to take a look at this pharmacy with this many one star reviews for how rude and unprofessional your staff is at this location. A pleasant personality goes a long way when working with the public. I did speak to the manager working this evening, but he was unable to resolve this issue too. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have never had an issue with Walgreens until I went here. Everytime I go to pick up meds, there isn't a pharmacist on duty. I understand staffing can be tough or limited, but why not adjust the hours? Instead of saying your pharmacy is open but no pharmacist on duty, why not change the pharmacy hours until you can be open fully? I also have trouble with this pharmacy using my Walgreens card. They never recognize it while other Walgreens do. The staff that I have seen are well enough, but they get the short end of the stick when they don't get deliveries and have to tell everyone that their medications are delayed.

The Morrison store in muncie In is not user friendly. In Particular the pharmacy hours are confusing and not customer oriented. The whole attitude of Walgreens seems to be we don’t care about you , we just want your money. don’t bother us.

This is the last place you want to send your prescription. After confirming with our doctor that the prescription was sent and received…we showed up an hour and a half later just to be told they haven’t received anything and that we will have to come back later and that it’s probably the doctors fault. This has happened multiple times in a row now.No urgency to fill a prescription, extremely slow drive thru, rude staff that has a hard time spelling and typing. I didn’t believe my spouse how bad this pharmacy was until today, we are going somewhere else now.

I know that times are tough in pharmacies across the country right now, but the pharmacy at this location is frequently closed during hours it is supposed to be open. There is no way for you to know when you have a prescription electronically sent over that it might not be filled for days because they don’t have enough staff to be open. I am switching to a different Walgreens, one with better hours and that is open on the weekends. It’s a shame, this one is right down the road but if I can’t get my prescriptions filled here it’s useless to me.

When the pharmacy staff isn’t busy gossiping about their customers they are pretending they can’t find your prescription that was sent over hours ago. This is only after waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes, so no big deal.

Very upsetting when you get to the drive up line at 6:10, there was 3 cars in front of me, plus one at the window. The first car took every bit of the 20 minutes to 6:30, and instead of waiting on the customers in line they closed the window and ignored us. I could understand if only 1 car was at window and it was 6:28 and I just pulled up. But there was 4 of us waiting and arrived way before 6:30. I will be changing my pharmacy, have always had problems with this place but this iced the cake. Would give 0 stars if allowed
