Everyone hates yet likes walmart at the same time. Sometimes they have great deals and sometimes I'm better off at kroger or Aldi. Wish they would either have more check outs or self check outs open. It's a pain when only one or two lanes are open and half the self check outs are closed and there's a line with 10+ people in it when they are capable of opening either more self check outs(they are staffed) or at least more of the reg lines

Went to get a pickup order for the first time today. Waited an hour for 14 dollars worth of pickup shit. Garbage. Won't do that again.

This is by far the worst walmart i've been in, they have 20,000 checkout machines THAT THEY NEVER USE.
Dont come here, you're better off going literally anywhere else, any store, any walmart but this one. It's the worst

Everyone knows Walmart is crap. The whole company needs to be taken apart and redone. Especially their Walmart app. They never have what it says is in store. You was time and money going to the store to search for items they never had to begin with. The delivery service will drop ur delivery at the wrong locations, and not a single person at Walmart is knowledgeable about any merchandise they sell. On top of that the staff are extremely rude. And nothing is done about it. I've experience all of these things at both the Northside and Southside muncie locations.

I went to check out at a register last week and the cashier (Kirsten? Kiersten?) She was so rude the entire time. Wouldn't speak to me and didnt even say a total. She was busy talking to another worker at the time as well and it was so disrespectful. I usually never have issues with the cashiers but this one has seemed rude multiple times I have came in.

Literally 50 people in line waiting on a chance at 1 of the 4 checkouts they have open. They have tons of self checkouts after the remodel but never ever use them. Horrible customer service also.

Never again. It’s 4:30pm on a Tuesday… there’s over 25 registers in this store. Not even counting all of the self checkouts. & yet I’ve been waiting in a line of 7 ppl for over 20 minutes bc there are only 2 self checkouts open in the entire store & 1 human cashier. I don’t understand. PAY PPL TO WORK & STOP CUTTING CORNERS! ITS THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY & THERES NOBODY IN THE DAMN STORE! Why are we waiting in line when there’s less than 10 ppl checking out. The more yall cut actual human beings. The more unbearable you make the experience of shopping w/ you. I’m going back to online grocery delivery (not Walmart) bc this is just getting ridiculous. We need to stop rewarding these corporations for screwing workers & customers while making billions in profits yet their employees don’t even make a livable wage. Unreal.

You are expected to do self checkout and they only have three at each end open. No regular cashiers opened!!
They really need to find a solution!!!
