These guys are life savers, had a delivery set up and when they showed up the items were twice as heavy as I was told. Called them up and with in the half hour we had a lift truck that did the job. Great service and friendly people.

A Freight company that was scheduled to deliver 15,000LBS declined a lift gate. Wiese saved us from having to unload 50lbs cases by hand. They were able to get a forklift that could handle 2,500lbs skids on less than a 24hr notice for us. Staff never balked at the request and made this unload that was turning into a nightmare the easiest unload in a LONG time. THANK YOU

Horrible service when it comes to getting maintenance issues resolved on leased equipment. The company I work for leases close to 200 forklifts on a 3 year lease. Several trucks at the facility I work at have brake, tire or other issues that NEVER get taken care of. They are here at the plant at least once a week but nothing ever gets fixed or the famous \\\" the parts have been ordered \\\" yet never seem to come in.

Needed a forklift mast cylinder repaired, asked them to come remove it from the truck, technician didn't show, I removed the cylinder myself, took it into them, was told 4 business days, it's been 20 business days. Every time i call I get told "the technician is out and i'll have to call you back tomorrow once I talk with him." and I never get a call back from them. The parts arent even on order yet, so I'm not sure when things will get completed. It's just a seal kit, I wish i had just tried to do it myself. I will be going to pick up my cylinder in a couple of days regardless if it's fixed or not. Weise has already cost me more money by not having my forklift back into service than the repair was worth.

ABSOLUTE ZERO OWNERSHIP FROM ANYONE IN THIS PLACE - HORRIBLE SERVICE. May 26th - I needed a forklift repaired, they came out, took it apart, said they would call us to let us know price to install a new carb or repair the old one, never heard a word from them until we called them. The same day, inquired about buying a used one from them, 2 weeks for anyone to call to make an attempt to sell one. Called back on June 26th asking where are carburetor is that they took with them, they don't even know if they have it, said they would call us back the next day June 27th, now its June 30th - still no call, but I have in my mailbox a bill for $305.89 for labor of which all they did was tear apart my fork lift and leave parts laying on top of it, they still have our carb. Don't call these folks unless you want top notch horrible service, missing parts, and have to call them time after time just to explain the situation again and again with no resolution. ABSOLUTE ZERO OWNERSHIP FROM ANYONE IN THIS PLACE
