Had to return the bold cable boxes. They scanned them in and printed a receipt. Nice and modern inside.

Good service. Was fairly busy when entered the facility.
Got modem exchanged for a new one with ease and no trouble.
Sells texh did try to sell phone service but already on my sons plan. Was informed of new model of the modem coming next month and is able to take it back in exchange for updates modem.
