A Great store with a lot of friendly staff, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Recommend coming in and talking mobile plans as they saved me 200 dollars a month!

Let me tell you that first of all when I first made the Xfinity mobile account, I brought myself, my kids and my mother on my plan. The first problem I ran into and kept giving a run around is ported all over numbers and for some reason they couldn't port my sons like they never told me they couldn't. They just kept telling me they're working on it and I was paying for his service from December to July. Getting told the same thing. They're working on it. Second problem I occurred was the phone plan the amount it was supposed to be kept changing every month it would go down. It would go up and we were all on unlimited. My mother has mestatic breast cancer and she had surgery in June on her t1 vertebrae because the cancer attacked it and she had to get roads put in her back in a whole lot of other things it was awful well at the same time my card what was on file was hacked in. I had to get a new one. Well with everything going on with my mom totally slipped my mind to update my card. So here comes then to July they cut my service off. No big deal. Updated card paid but that's when the horrible problems starts. My phone has not worked when I say worked. I have had no service since August I've called repeatedly about all these problems. I was supposed to be getting contact by Eric but I keep trying to explain through his email. I do not have a phone. No one can call me. No one and caring for my mom who's dying of breast cancer. I think it's a little ridiculous that I cannot get no one to respond. I call him every day and nothing. Nothing. I'll leave voicemails nothing no emails. Nothing like I'm paying for service that I'm not receiving because I'm don't want to mess up my credit. I'm serious at this point. Son's phone's never turn back on My phone's not working like I have children too. But no one seems to care to answer my emails or call me back on a text now number I had to make!

Every time we have to deal with Xfinity, the phone support line is absolutely awful. We decided to go in store, and that support was even worse somehow! The guy helping us was a complete donkey. When we got there, he said it would be a quick fix, then completely took a 180. We just needed to activate a new phone that we transferred over to Xfinity from another service provider. The guy working acted like we were completely inconveniencing him. Kept telling us we were “confusing” him when we gave information that he asked for. He wouldn’t clarify when we asked for clarification. He was rude and unprofessional and honestly I don’t think he knew what he was doing with our phone at all. There was another woman he was working with that turned to us and said that he was being a donkey to her, too!Maybe train your employees to have basic respect for the people he talks to. Maybe fix your phone support so we don’t have to waste hours in line or go in store to be disrespected and treated like trash!Thanks!

Second time in 3 hrs, for wireless tv box. But u have to hav a newer modum, i don't have one they wanted me to buy another but i don't need one everything was working fine until wireless box, for it to work so wasted trip and had to come back again !!!

Worst Wi-Fi’s ever don’t get it over priced slow and has problems everyday sometimes u won’t have WiFi for two 3 hours a day as soon as I move ina few months I’m done with xfinity would not recommend unless it and only option horrible WiFi over price trash

I ordered a phone and paid for 1st installment for their network, I cancelled the order couple of days after when I figured my phone from Nigeria could work with another sim, while theirs wasn't compatible with my device. I was asked to return the phone ordered when it arrives, but they still didn't refund my full funds, deducted $35 dollars or so, against the you can return at no cost policy!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

We've had an outage for weeks. We lose our services for hours and days at a time. Can't get a live person on the phone. Horrible service

Store personnel are nice but xfinity service is pathetic, had them for 2 weeks and internet was off more then on and they wanted $150 to fix it. Bye bye xfinity

Good luck getting them to fix anything they’ll ask you to unplug your modem 1000 times and then when you have an appointment scheduled for them to come check it they decide to cancel it an hour and a half after they’re supposed to arrive. Thanks xFinity you guys are very very good. Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody as well.
