Ziebart Muncie is a great place to take your automobiles for paint protection rust proofing and window tint. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have used Ziebart since 1998 they keep your car looking new. Ron the operation manager is a great person to work with.

Beware of hidden charges! They told me twice ( on the phone and in person ) my bed liner would be $599.00 plus tax. Well… when I paid the bill they added $18 for shop supplies fees. When I asked I was told razor blades and gloves…. I wish I had went to Kokomo instead. NO HIDDEN CHARGES THERE!

Two years ago, we had a bed liner and rain guards installed on our F-150. Unfortunately, a complication with the rain guards and an unfriendly response from staff left us with a negative impression, and we avoided returning.
This spring, our truck bed cover began leaking due to a failed seal. I was hesitant to bring it in, but since it was possibly under warranty, I decided to have it checked out.
From the moment I arrived, Hunter greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns. He had the truck looked at immediately, and within 10 minutes, the issue was resolved. He explained the product details, common seal issues, and how to handle them in the future. When I shared our previous experience, he was understanding and apologetic.
I also watched him handle another customer's issue with the same professionalism and kindness. This level of service truly stands out. Hunter turned a hesitant visit into a great experience, and I’m thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him. He restored my confidence in Ziebart.

We took our three vehicles to the Muncie location Ziebart this week to have their annual exterior diamond gloss, interior protection, rustproofing, and whole vehicle detailing done. These services are great for knocking off all the winter woes that not only make your vehicle look bad, but deteriorate it. This year, Hunter, the manager, suggested an additional process for the exterior that is done prior to the diamond glossing. It is called paint restoration. I will positively say, doing that in addition made the vehicle’s paint really emboldened and eye catching. Further, Hunter was very helpful and informative while also having our vehicles ready when he said he would. Thank you Hunter and the whole Ziebart crew that beautified our vehicles. See you all next year!!👍🏻
