Good evening, this is pastor George and I am so happy with my AT&T representative. In monster, his name is Tony. I have been so well-educated. I've been what I've been doing to your 5060 years. I came into the store to get my phone. Find out what happened? Cause it went to some place and once supposed to go whatever. But anyway, wasn't that me only emergency only? I came in Tony took charge immediately. Show me what the problem was. And he took care of it for me. When I get a new phone, it would be through the monster store through Tony. He was very professional very well put and I'll talk about mannerism. It was just exciting for a young man, I know how courtesy is. I was a social worker for 30 years and I'll tell you this young man should be getting a raise, just meant young man should be really, really Uber many stores because we need people like him I've been with AT&T a long time over a century and I'm telling you the education. I got here today and my phone I had no idea. To get a new phone but through Tony I wouldn't add within a month or so, my rating for him is a 5 and I tell you you guys should know when you got somebody good in the store. You gotta keep them and keep them happy for the customers. Because I will become a Tony at all times and I thank you so much and I praise God for AT&T I praise God at the most. For Tony, as a young man AT&T, please keep him take care of him and give him his expectations in the name of Jesus. We thank you, and I say right now Goodbye.

We had the nicest salesman today and Tony really made our upgrade experience the best. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. The store was filling up with customers and he handled everyone discreetly and fast. Best salesperson ever!! Tony at the Munster AT&T.

I came with just the intent to ask questions but eventually left out transferring my phone service. I was put at ease with the service and expertise and can say he was very knowledgeable.

I visited this store on calumet ave after experiencing a horrible day that I could not believe would get better. I tried my recent carrier T-Mobile which was right next door to see if they could ease my frustration. Unfortunately they could not, then I saw AT&T next door. I have never been with AT&T before and decided to take a chance. Thanks to a young lady name Mariah who was very attentive, diligent, informative as well as presenting me with a warm and kind atmosphere she met all my needs that day and turn a very hard day upside down! I left the store with a better phone, plan, attitude and a smile on my face. Thanks all to her

Representative had an attitude when I stated that I would go to a corporate store location because they would have to charge me to replace a SIM card that was faulty when given to me by att so not only got no resolution at this location but also had to deal with snarky responses from the Representative

I needed to stop in the Munster AT&T store last week with my elderly father to help him change his current service plan. Bree, the store manager was very helpful. She took the time to go over all the options available and to answer all of our questions in detail. The other two gentlemen who worked in the store were also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend stopping in this store location any help or assistance you may need.

0 Stars!! I was an AT&T customer for years. I came to the store twice with unlock issues with no phone service. Both time the entire store was closed in afternoon for“ lunch.” Both times for over an hour. The third time I came for same problem, the manager/employee was extremely rude and argumentative, I couldn’t believe the terrible customer experience! I work for the Chicago BBB and have heard some far out customer experiences but to actually live one and along with Fox News issue, I am terminating my AT&T service The manager needs another employer. This is not his calling!

One of sales man add my daughter’s number. To new line. Now she can’t update her phone she need to wait 3 months. Horrible experience. No one helped us
