Do not trust this location. They chose to let their customers continue to use a faulty atm knowing that it was taking people’s money and instead of putting it out of service they chose to turn the other cheek and let it ruin someone’s day. The machine took my money that I was trying to deposit and it did not deposit it into my account and now I have to jump through hoops and loops to get MY money back that I was depositing into a broken atm that should have had an out of order sign on it to begin with. To make matters worse the location is no help because they do not care!
So be careful when you use the atm, it may or may not take your money and if it does it will not be easy to get back and they will tell you they don’t know how long it will take. God forbid you are like me and had a very important bill to pay.

Should have trusted the ratings for this branch and not gone in. Closed a card that shouldn’t have been closed without my knowledge and I was declined and humiliated standing in line.

I am in an interracial relationship and this is the second time my spouse was treated differently just by their skin color. I witnessed it first hand and today when they came home and said it happened again, nobody said anything directly towards them , but just them making them feel uncomfortable was enough. Like i said I witnessed it the first time when i went with the first time but didn’t want to say anything and make them feel worse about the situation. I hope the workers there can have some respect and not judge people by the color of their skin. Therefore we will no longer be coming to the Munster location .

The Bank Manager, Deborah, was wonderful and helpful. She helped me manage my accounts over the phone, making it very convenient. I will definitely request her assistance again on opening another account.

We worked with Chris Norris for a residential loan and had a wonderful experience! He spent a lot of time with us explaining the whole process and helping us figure out what we could actually afford and what type of loan we needed. He was very helpful from beginning to end and we highly would recommend him!
