Absolutely everything is automated now. I tried to go in to a branch on Saturday with 2 hours open still to open accounts and they wouldn’t help me without an online check in that no one told me they required. I spoke to 3 chase employees this week and no one told me I needed an appointment. Just ridiculous that there is no more personal banking anymore.

Very understanding, friendly & professional people. I always come in here. Karli really understood situation today and how I was trying to get money in my account when credit card banks weren't allowing, she made it happen & understood I was trying & wanted to help me, that means so much. I'll continue coming, this is a great location for anyone who needs the main location.b

We went to the bank, and we were greeted instantly. I hand my mom with me, and she uses a walker. The representative, Mr. Bussey, was extraordinary helpful. He helped us righr away, and made us feel welcome right away. We did a simple transaction, but it was his willingness to answer all of our questions. Often times you feel rushed, but we never felt that way. His customer service was genuine and sincere. That is so important, especially when it comes to money. Thank you so much for the help, and if you're looking for a good branch, you definitely won't be disappointed.?

The employees are balmy and the layout is ergonomic.
The reason they are not getting 5 stars is after a phone call I've had regarding Certificate of Deposits and Government Treasury Bonds.
The banker who my significant other made a C.O.D. with was not told they could go to the government to get a Treasury bond that had higher interest.
Banks take their clients' money from a Certificate of Deposit to get Treasury Bonds themselves, collecting the difference between their interest rate and the government's interest rate.
If the government is offering 8% interest on a Treasury bond and Chase offers you 5% interest on a Certificate of Deposit, they'll go to the government themselves with your C.O.D. money, make the 8% interest treasury bond themselves, and collect the 3% difference of interest for themselves while you get 5%.
When asked why we should get another Chass C.O.D. instead of a Treasury bond ourselves (functionally cutting Chase out), they froze up with "convenience" being the only answer. It was as if they never thought their clients would learn about the black box that is banking enough to ask that question and give a solid answer.
I understand that a business needs to make money to exist, but to omit such a significant piece of information about their status as unnecessary intermediary incurs trust issues.
Aside from that incident, these people are great. They do NOT use technostrategic discourse designed to incur decision fatigue in you so you'll swiftly give them your decision-making power like in Wolf of Wall Street.
4/5 would come again.

Hind is the best! She is very personable, friendly and professional. All should be like her. She doesn't act like she does not want to assist you like some. Others that are nice and personable are Andrea and Stefany. They are the reasons why I continue to patronize this branch. My rating is based on my experience with Hind, Andrea and Stefany.

This branch is the worst. Everyone is rude and they are extremely unorganized. I made an appointment and waited for days only for Andrea to pretend like she couldn’t see the name on the booking. Told me I would have to wait because it was not my appointment. Happy to bank with anyone else after dealing with this branch.

I have been dealing with several businesses over my 70 years of life and not too many especially today have any good customer satisfaction but I can for sure say it's been a great great honor to know Kyle at Chase Munster branch! He has been the greatest person in all my lifetime to be very good at what he does!! No one more polite, kind, courteous and willing to do whatever is needed to make your visit best it can be!! I had very very bad experiences at chase ridge road munster (about time they closed) and ridge road lansing! Honestly if Kyle was not so quick to straighten out their mistakes I would be gone from chase for sure! I read in this section where Kyle did the job the right way he had to refuse third party depo so I am convinced if this person knew this man she would not given him ever a bad report he could not control! Believe me if Kyle could have done anything for you you will!! So Kyle thank you so much for your ever great personality and all you do for your customers!!! Most awesome customer service ever!!! I challenge anyone to give this bank, this man a try and I promise you will be totally impressed as I am!!! Thank God for Kyle!!
