Went there fore notary service. They said the banker was on the phone and had appointments until closing. I pushed the teller to ask if the banker could take 2 minutes to notarize my document. The banker was fine with accommodating me. It was the freaking teller blocking me because they had to make sure everything was done by 5pm, when they closed which they let me know 25 times. Geez! It was convenient for me, but the service there has gone down inthe last few years so I'm not surprisedthis branch is closing. In fact, customer service with Chase has gone down in general over the last few years.

Came in to speak to a banker. When I entered the building, I saw both bankers standing across from each other talking. That means, they were not busy! I went to sit down and wait, but the pregnant teller approached me in a negative tone asking if I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, asking that arrogantly as though she was busy when she wasn't working but chit chatting. I responded, do I need an appointment, I thought that I could just walkin, keeping in mind, she wasn't busy. From there, she resistantly took me back and I asked why are you guys at the bank, pressing me about making this appointment when walkin is still okay? The day before, a young lady who was a bank teller was very pushy about my need to schedule an appointment to talk to a banker but found out she intentionally LIED when another teller, explained, both are an option! I looked at the young lady and she dropped her lying head, NEVER apologizing. And then began antagonizing asking about, do I want to schedule an appointment, she had a very nasty attitude. Going back to the day I spoke with the banker, she literally DIDNT answer one of my questions regarding exceptions to early IRA distributions and I sat there for 30mins posing questions a different way, trying to get an answer! When I spoke to the branch mgr about earlier distribution of ira's she immediately rattling off the ways and ira rules! I've NEVER had this experience at this branch before where bankers or workers are INTENTIONALLY LYING or blowing you off, barely giving an answer for my money or acting like they dont have time not wanting to work with you and! and I've been going there for 13 years and the people were nice and courteous and it was genuine not forced! The branch manager was a liar too because the Bible (Jesus) says, how can two walk together unless they agree? I told her about the bank teller who LIED and she responded defensively, saying that she would never lie (her same race). But then brought up a woman with red hair (black) after I already told her it was the woman at the front desk (but the woman with the red hair was working the drive thru window). She's prejudice against people from Black America!

Terrible customer service on 1/25/23. I was not pleased with the tone or tenor of how the personnel spoke to me and to my mother, and will not use that branch again. Staff retraining in customer service as well as sensitivity training is in order.

Very bad service bankers need more training not sure if it has to be by Alex the branch manager but they need it ASAP. Last time I came here I was told one thing and then I’m told a different thing by Alex the brand manager.

I use the drive-through banking several times a week for business. They give great service and are fast, friendly and efficient! What more can you ask for?

No one answers the telephone. Called thirty times. ATM down for depositing checks for two weeks now and lobby closed today for no staff. Used to be a great bank but customer service has went down.

Pretty bad when the ATM never works. I've seen the branch closed for unexplained reasons during business hours throughout the week. For Munster, I have to say it's a huge disappointment.

Lazy people work here. Not sure how you turn down new business because the banker doesn’t feel like being bothered with opening a new account.
