Terrible branch. They will put the phone down and you

I generally like going here, everyone is nice and the one man remembers me by name. However, there is one teller who always coughs without covering her mouth, and if she does, she coughs into her hand. One time, I walked in and she said she could help me on the far side, and she was blew her nose a bunch as she walked over to me. Didn't use hand sanitizer after or anything. I made an excuse and left, I don't have time to catch whatever cold she has and she doesn't seem to care if anyone else catches it.

I have been a business customer for six years and this branch seems to have the worst customer service. Starting in 2014 when I established my account I had to go to another branch because of the hard time. Today I called to get a form notarized and called a hour before closing and told them I was on my way, I arrived 13 minutes before closing and they turned me down because the notary was with another customer. At this time I'm out of options because its Saturday and all banks are closing. When I had papers notarized in the past it only took less than a minute.

this branch gave our bank account number to a thief with a stolen/deactivated debit card. didn't properly ID them (out of state license) and misspelled our name on the withdrawal slip.

I frequent this bank because of the location and service.

I frequent this bank because of the location and service. It is next to a McDonald's, Jimmy John's and Giovanni's Restaurant. I can deposit and ATM money during my lunch.I prefer to go inside the bank because of the congested drive-thru. There is a coffee/water station, the A/C is perfect, and the staff are friendly enough. If you want to open a bank account or have business that a teller can't provide, just sit down in the lounge, enjoy the complementary coffee, and a banker from a cubicle will be with you shortly. I say they are customer-oriented because they answered any and all of my questions while respecting my autonomy.Recently, I went to the drive thru with my little dog. When the pneumatic cylinder came back with my receipt, it came with a dog biscuit for my dog busy as comfort food. That was really considerate. I believe they are the sort of bankers that will put a lollipop with your receipt if you ask nicely.

Mandy was very nice while I opened my account! She was very professional and was keeping my son entertained while I signed up.

Mandy is GREAT. I went in to open a Direct Deposit account and I had my toddler with me as no one was able to watch her. I really thought it was going to go bad because my toddler does not stay still and she loves to touch everything. Not only was Mandy very professional with her job, she was also very patient with my daughter. My daughter loved her! While I filled out my paperwork she distracted my daughter by playing with her and I was able to do everything in a timely manner. As a mom it is very difficult to get things done with your child around but I am so glad I went in at a great time and was attended by her! So much patients and very professional! Definitely recommend her.

Seriously how hard is it to keep money in the ATMs. Other banks seem to be able to handle it, can't be that hard

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with at a bank namely one teller.

When a co-worker needs a Chase Bank this is a quick stop right off 80/94/294! Never really crowded even at peak traffic times!

Went in to open another checking account and only 1 person was working on a Friday in that department. Waited 45 minutes till I was told I'm better off going to another branch because it was going to be a while!

This branch has absolutely no focus on customer service. I don't expect much out of a bank but when I do go on a rare occasion, this branch never fails to disappoint. They even used to do small things, like automatically count coins for my kid when he brought in his piggy bank to deposit in his savings. They took that out, too. Everything is a major deal with this branch. While I used to just accept that, I finally decided to switch, which takes a lot because (a) I am patient and (b) it is a major inconvenience to switch banks (they know this, that is why they figure no one will do it). I am at least acknowledged at my new bank, they seem to understand that I am human. On top of that, they do the "little" things, which Chase wants no part of. Spare yourself the frustration if you are thinking of using this branch.

Great customer service! I hardly ever go through a drive-thru teller to withdraw money but today I decided to use this service. I visited around 10:30ish this morning. The lady was very cordial. She noted I had my little pooch riding in the passenger seat. When I received my money, she wished me a good day and included a doggie bone for my pooch, this made my day! Thank you for the good experience, it's the little things that can change a persons day.

Great Service with baker and tellers. No issues at all this moment.

Went there this morning the teller would not count my money or process my transaction. Supervisor of know help at all. A black person at a predominantly white branch with a deposit of small denomination currency. I will never ever do business with them.

Used to do my banking here. I was moving out of the area, so I changed my address on the account. Unfortunately, I lost my wallet while moving, so I asked them to send me new cards. They said that since I just changed my address, they can't send me a new card or do ANYTHING to help for 30 DAYS unless I stop by a branch. I live just north of Philadelphia (far from the middle of nowhere), and they don't have a branch within an hour of me. I'm stuck in a new town without my wallet or ATM or Credit cards, and Chase won't do anything to help me. I'm canceling my account.
