The equipment is the gym is outdated. Older members are allowed to basically loiter in the wet area. The hours on weekends are limited. Members can harass other members out of the blue . The gym has no posted anti-harassment policy. The wet area is nice, but it it overpopulated with geriatric old folks and other people who seem to have nothing else to do but sit in the hot tub for like an hour and comment on what other members who actually work out are doing.

I have been a member here for over 2 years and I love it and the full service amenities with 2 pools, a whirlpool, steam room and sauna. I also love my trainer Isaac. He makes working out fun and I have made incredible progress with my fitness goals and strength training. The only feedback I have for the management is to have more equipment available. At my last gym, we had TRX, bosu balls, half bosu balls, and lots of other things available to use but they have it all behind the desk or locked in rooms. Our old gym had this available and people walking around, so maybe this is a staffing issue.

An amazing facility with AMAZING staff! I was truly pleased with the care they provided for my dad at his physical therapy appointments. His therapist helped made my dad's post-surgery recovery process that much easier.

The women who work here love to come into the men’s locker room right at 9pm (tonite was EXACTLY at 902pm) or slightly after to ‘get a peak ‘and force you to rush out. The supervisors pretty much all have a bad attitude and you can tell immediately they don’t like working here or being bothered with anything.In addition this place has the shortest hours of ANY health club or gym in the entirety of lake county and earliest close I’ve ever seen, having been a member of gyms in 7 states.It’s billed as a premium health club but the towels in the locker rooms are about the right size for. 10 year old girl, provided she is small if not the towels will still be too small.In addition to the anice, any and all complaints fall on deaf ears with the director, roger. It’s well known he doesn’t care among members and has been known to tell a complaining member to go elsewhere if they don’t like it. What’s funny is they wonder why they don’t have more members and people keep leaving. Time for new leadership!Basically most of the staff here don’t want to be here and don’t like it, the VERY few that do are drowned out by the vast majority who don’t want to be here and have attitudes that reflect this.
