This pharmacy was my go to until now. I have a time sensitive prescription and they didn’t have my medication in stock. They didn’t call me right away to let me know the medication was ordered and it was going to take a few days. I only had 1 week to pick it up. Walgreens had my medication in stock so I called CVS and asked them to send it to Walgreens. Out of all the team members from CVS I spoke to only one was helpful and actually tried to find a solution. After two days of going back and forth with CVS they finally sent my prescription to Walgreens. Also, I’ve dealt with the male pharmacist a few times and he has cero empathy for his costumers. I’m definitely done with CVS!

I called to check if a medication was in stock and the pharmacy tech was very rude. Slammed the phone in my face. Great customer service.

We stopped by to pick up a few items and usually just a regular visit. Everything was alright. No problems at all. Will visit again.

Michelle the pharmacy tech is willing to submit prior authorizations as needed. In retaliation for me stating that they had an obligation to the Pharmacist stated that they will no longer fill my prescription, which they had previously filled numerous times before.

The most rude and unprofessional manager and pharmacy staff I have ever encountered!! I stopped to have my moms BP checked as this location is listed as a CVS minute clinic. I arrived during their closure for lunch, and knocked on the door to ask how to go about getting her pressure checked and the nurse or tech in the back replied we don't do that here. It's listed on the wall in the pharmacy and online: Free BP checks!!! No appointments needed! She even stated that they don't know how and have no cuffs. I asked a female manager on duty and she instead choose to feel insulted because i asked her why they are not providing the service and she insisted on telling me they know more in the back then her and she is just the manager. Overall a very horrible experience.

No wonder you got a 2.6 rating. RUDENESS is one of the negative reviews people were mentioning. Employees need to improve how to deal with people. Yeah I called this cvs pharmacy to inquire about a product that according to on line it is on stock in store (not in target which they are located). However, when I was talking to that stupid pharmacy and I was trying to spell the over the counter medication that I was inquiring about if they have it, she told me I KNOW HOW TO SPELL that!!!!!!!SO RRRRRUDE!!!! You need to go back to school to learn some manners. You need to learn some people skills. You are very unprofessional. No wonder your pharmacy is GARBAGE. Please read your reviews. Whoever is the manager, you NEED to talk to these employees.

Poor service. Pharmacist showed up 12 minutes late saw her texting on her phone while coming in. The tech left the front area approximately around 8:55 to go shopping for what looked like a Christmas bag of sorts. The phone kept ringing. Some guy that drops off meds said it’s going to be awhile. I said I’ll wait. Instead of shopping around and coming in late focus on the customer. Poor poor service. But they are willing to dish that Sudafed out like Halloween candy to paying customers.

We've always had a good experience at CVS. The only complaint would be with the lack of medication they have in stock, my kids get the same medication monthly and sometimes it's a struggle to get it from the same location or we have also had to wait several days waiting for them to place an order for the medication and receive it.
