Michelle the pharmacy tech is willing to submit prior authorizations as needed. In retaliation for me stating that they had an obligation to the Pharmacist stated that they will no longer fill my prescription, which they had previously filled numerous times before.

The most rude and unprofessional manager and pharmacy staff I have ever encountered!! I stopped to have my moms BP checked as this location is listed as a CVS minute clinic. I arrived during their closure for lunch, and knocked on the door to ask how to go about getting her pressure checked and the nurse or tech in the back replied we don't do that here. It's listed on the wall in the pharmacy and online: Free BP checks!!! No appointments needed! She even stated that they don't know how and have no cuffs. I asked a female manager on duty and she instead choose to feel insulted because i asked her why they are not providing the service and she insisted on telling me they know more in the back then her and she is just the manager. Overall a very horrible experience.

No wonder you got a 2.6 rating. RUDENESS is one of the negative reviews people were mentioning. Employees need to improve how to deal with people. Yeah I called this cvs pharmacy to inquire about a product that according to on line it is on stock in store (not in target which they are located). However, when I was talking to that stupid pharmacy and I was trying to spell the over the counter medication that I was inquiring about if they have it, she told me I KNOW HOW TO SPELL that!!!!!!!SO RRRRRUDE!!!! You need to go back to school to learn some manners. You need to learn some people skills. You are very unprofessional. No wonder your pharmacy is GARBAGE. Please read your reviews. Whoever is the manager, you NEED to talk to these employees.

Poor service. Pharmacist showed up 12 minutes late saw her texting on her phone while coming in. The tech left the front area approximately around 8:55 to go shopping for what looked like a Christmas bag of sorts. The phone kept ringing. Some guy that drops off meds said it’s going to be awhile. I said I’ll wait. Instead of shopping around and coming in late focus on the customer. Poor poor service. But they are willing to dish that Sudafed out like Halloween candy to paying customers.

We've always had a good experience at CVS. The only complaint would be with the lack of medication they have in stock, my kids get the same medication monthly and sometimes it's a struggle to get it from the same location or we have also had to wait several days waiting for them to place an order for the medication and receive it.

Always a long wait workers doesn’t care about the quality of there job treatment as if they are giving i something out of there home rather then a prescription

Had an issue with a prescription and Michelle was sarcastic, unhelpful, and rude. She complained about my doctor's office and they've been nothing but helpful to me. When my insurance company called with a question the insurance rep had the same negative experience and suggested I complain to the managing pharmacist. I've never had an issue like this with anyone at the pharmacy and I've been going there for years.

Brian, the pharmacist, refused to fill a prescription for vicodin that was given to me by my dentist. Brian suggested I didn't need it and could use several OTC drugs in varying combinations.He said this prescription is for vicodin and we don't carry that. The prescription clearly said MAY SUBSTITUTE. I took the same order to Meijer and they filled it with a substitute (hydrocodone-acetaminophen) in less than 30 minutes without imposing their personal beliefs on what I should or shouldn't take.I then went back to CVS to show Brian that the order was indeed filled by a competent pharmacist. When I return, the other pharmacist was there....I asked him what bhe would do had I presented the same scrip...he said he would have filled it. Period.Brian literally felt he knew better than my doctor. You have ONE JOB, Brian. Fill the orders that are presented to you. I am not there for your opinion or consultation.I have retained a law firm because denying a patient what their doctor has ordered is no OK. He denied me care that I was in need of and entitled to.I am also asking my health insurance provider to send me to an alternate pharmacy in the future. I'm not fond of activist pharmacists telling me what they feel I need.

When you are just getting there and the older woman checking out patients starts talking about how ignorant people are for showing up to pick up prescriptions right before close. Well sorry Anna not everyone has time to run on lunch to get scripts.

I’ve had boost for over 10 years and I’m very satisfied with the service. They haven’t given me a reason to leave as of yet. I wish they had more perks but it’s good service so far.

What is wrong at CVS? I called for a refill and the pharmacist called me back and was rude and couldn’t let me know when I can get my medicine. I was upset, so I drove over there to confront him about his attitude on the phone with me and what is his problem? All CVS’s are just rude. Get a hold of corporate through the website so you can leave a complaint it does make a difference.

So my kid gets an antibiotic for acne. The normal refill is 30 days worth. Had duplicate refill and had and extra amount of pills. Refill wasn't needed until today. Only 10 of the 30 pills in the bottle, but the photo showed 30....? Not sure why, but we get this for free...so no reason to bs. All other refills were great, but I won't use again. I will also call Monday to report said issues!
