It's always empty, no merchandise on the shelves. Why bother staying open. And waiting in line is horrific, only one register open

It would be nice if customers had assess to the freezers instead of putting boxes and boxes against the freezer doors. I was told they were doing truck and had no where else to put them, this is the first Dollar that I seen do this. I think if the store wasn’t such a mess the shelves weren’t bare and maybe hire more people, the items can be placed on the shelves instead. I had to go
to another store to buy my ice cream. Please develop a better system. I wish I would have taken pictures. Thanks

The store is not organized and barely stocked half the time. There are boxes stacked high violating Osha codes. Whatever you do don't use the bathroom there!

Each dollar tree is different as far as geologically. Once u get out of the more ethnic areas the variety of things you can find is amazing! Sad to say but the hood Dollar tree is a 5 go to the white neighborhood and u definitely have an upgraded experience. Sorry to say but it's the truth. This used to be a good location.now there's boxes all over the isles stacked high on carts.cant even get to what you want to purchase cause carts are blocking everything.emplyee's are in isles talking and on there cells phones and nothing is getting done.who's running this store poor leadership for sure

This is one of the worse stores we've ever walked in carts everywhere blocking everything n everyone trying to get through an aisle or look for products n the employees have horrible customer service n very rude looks like they don't even like to be here. Appreciate that u have a job and have a way to pay ur bills people or just quit.

You have a line, one register open and she is filling ballons. Two customers ask can someone else come to the register. Staff respond the person with the balloons can handle the line also with an attitude. So two customers leave.....

Came here Jan 1st in the afternoon, the woman who was stocking the shelves was rude. She made it clear in her face that she was annoyed by us, we were not in her way just at the end of the aisle. If you hate your job so much then find something better :)

Use to be my go to store but that store has gone down hill. It's super trashy and hardly any room to move around because they want to stock the shelves. Then I'm in a long line and a huge line is building up behind me and they finally had another register open up. I was next in line and the rude employee wanted to tell me to go to the 3rd register which puts me at the end of another 5 person line. Like NO why should I have to wait in another line because you don't know how to open registers and get customers in and out. I don't know if she was a manager but regardless she is rude and probably needs to look for a new job away from people. This happened around 2:00 on December 8th 2023. She needs a reality check. I will not go to this location again and I will let everyone I know, know about the rude employees they have there. Do better Dollar Tree!!!!!
