Went this morning to make a deposit. I was there at 8:55am and there were a few cars in the drive thru waiting for the bank to open. At 9:08am they still never turned the open lights on and all the cars were just sitting there. I decided to park and go in. There were 3 employees just standing around. I was hardly greeted or conversated with. It's like everyone there was having the worst day of their lives. Been a customer for several years but I will no longer visit this branch.

Bad attitude, terrible service, long wait times: Went in with my Aunt as she has an account there. I do not have an account there, but did need to get a money order. After waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes with no movement, she decides to go in. As she was conducting her business, I asked if I could get a money order without an account, the woman working said No and had a very bad attitude. I then said, wow didn't even try to sell me an account, and then she looked at me and asked what my problem was. Well, long line and TERRIBLE RUDE attitude... definitely will not get an account there. Sigh, so hard to find a good bank these days. I will ensure all of my friends and family know, and I already convinced my Aunt to close her accounts and go somewhere else, she agreed. I'm going back with her when she does this to make sure there are no shenanigans. Yeah, Region Bank my a$$.

Every couple of weeks there is a new problem with my account, and trying to speak to a customer service agent forget it. I'm out of here.This bank socks.

Horrible experience. I closed my account and three years later I got a letter saying I owed money because I didn’t have the minimum amount in the account. I went in and explained to the teller of course there isn’t the minimum in the account as it was closed. She told me they have this issue often, which is ridiculous.My mom is currently dealing with a fraud issue with this bank and this is at least the third time this year their incompetence has caused their account to be drained of funds. My parents are closing their accounts as soon as this issue is resolved.

Gabi ran my credit and couldn’t get me a increase on a credit card I’ve had with 5/3 for 4 YEARS !!!!!!! My limit has been only $600 for those 4 years and she told me I could get either A get a increase on my existing card or B get a new card with points back. Obviously the new card sounds like a no brainer…. She called me the following week just to say I didn’t get approved because I need 4x pieces of credit and didn’t bank with them….. I have 3x… 2 auto loans and my 5/3 cc…GEESH would’ve been nice to know before you ran my perfect credit for no reason ? thanks gabi for not even trying….. a complete joke

The first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this branch. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes before having the chance to get help. When I got to the window, I asked if they were understaffed and the teller said no. Instead of her explaining what the problem was the teller pushed me along and said “how can I help you” with an attitude and smirky tone. She took my request. When the manager came up, he said they have 5 tellers ready to help and the car in front of me had 8 transactions to complete. Now, either tell the customer to make an appt inside or only take so many transactions at a time. That’s way to much work to be done in the drive thru. The purpose of a drive thru is being quick and efficient. The manager also said the bank wasn’t open to appts (even though it said appt available on the door). I always go to this branch for help but from now on may have to look for another.Side note. This could have been easily avoided if the ATM was working but it was out of order. Munster fifth third do better

Kiara made my husband and I a bank account recently and we had the absolute best experience. She was so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond for us. Whatever this bank is paying her it isn't enough she deserves the world!

Love the Munster bank! The tellers are very helpful and nice. The office personnel is even nicer & very helpful! We Always go to this branch !
