This is THE WORST GameStop store I've ever been too. They are NEVER open on time and sometimes don't open until 45 minutes to an hour after they're supposed to be.

Can't tell time get there note on door tells everyone be back in 30 minutes doesn't have a time when started it or when roughly will be back and 40 minutes later still wasn't back pretty bad when only been open for 3hrs

Love coming to this GameStop and especially when Glenn is there. He is very helpful and knowledgeable on just about everything there. Always makes sure you leave satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this GameStop and speaking with Glenn when he’s there.

My favorite game stop to come to! Glen is always super helpful and is super knowledgeable about everything in his store. 10/10 reccomend coming to this game stop for all your gaming and collectible needs.

Absolutely a fun visit, despite the fact I was only able to do some window shopping. The employee was very cool and very talkative, and had a broad range of knowledge about lots of different things. Very fun experience and very helpful

Called for 2 days straight and no one answered the phone. Complete trash customer service, wish the old team memebers was there much better service then from now.

I called 11/20 looking for a game for my son birthday Jay told me he was about to close.I asked if he could give me a few minutes because this is all my son wanted. He waited and had the game rung up for me when I got there. There was another associate with him they were so nice. It’s hard to find good service like this these days. Thanks Jay

Seriously understaffed. Pressure sales tactics are used. I asked about parts for a Wii & the sales representative laughed at me. I'll never use a Game Stop again.
