“Michelle is amazing and very personable. She is also a Believer. Tree is another gem, you have to taste her cooking (that woman brings in food to share (OH MY GOD) is she a Chef? Max always is energetic and upbeat. I know I can be a pain and very needy, but they all keep helping me. David is quiet, but he keeps the place in tip top shape. John has a system of mopping and cleaning, that is detailed and convenient for everyone.
Jill keeps that breakfast hot, delicious, and she keeps a smile of her face. Flor is also a sweetheart.
The maid service is second to none.
Shucks, this place is my temporary home (because of a fire at my house); but I'm so glad these people I mentioned above had made me feel so comfortable.
I get off work early, just to come home, I mean to the hotel early sometimes to relax! For real...”

“Excellent customer service! Breakfast is much better than average! Breakfast staff members are friendly and helpful.
My room was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast attendant, Doretha (“Miss D”) is amazing. I look forward to her smiling face and delicious breakfast every time I stay here.
I travel for work and stay in Staybridge Suites in several states. But Miss D’s breakfast is the best out of all the locations.
All the employees are great, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff, and also the maintenance man.
I always stay at this hotel when I am working in this area.”

“The Hampton Inn and Suites in Schererville was a lovely experience. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and her two young boys. The pool was a big hit. The rooms were immaculate, and beds were very comfortable. Erica was manning the front desk during our two-day stay, and she was an absolute delight. We needed extra towels & washcloths, and she took care of our need immediately. Erica was personable and welcoming to every person we saw enter the hotel, engaging travelers in conversation and seeming genuinely committed that everyone enjoy their stay. She personified hospitality, and made a really nice hotel stay memorable.”

“It’s a motel, so you know what you are gonna get ? it’s $70+- if you don’t want a microwave and fridge, but they will try to upsell you for those appliances to $90. The plumbing is off and you may or may not have a good shower head. Currently living in my car and hotels and I’m contemplating getting my own hose head and a pair of pliers for this reason.
If you need a quick place to sleep and bang one out it’s perfect.”
“Room was neat and clean, bathroom just didn't have extra toliet paper. The Staff was pleasant so no complaints. I would say the breakfast was nice. Waffles were self made and delicious. No meat, but filling just the same. Getting into the street where the entrance was was a bit tricky. That was my biggest problem. I would stay there again.”

They refused to change the sheets I absolutely wrecked with brown. They would not pick up the phone after I called 46 times. I was kicked out after turning the pool the same color as my sheets. “Rooms are ample in size, and the price is fair for the quality. All of the furnishings are a couple years out of date, but they are well maintained, giving it a pleasant feel.The floor was oddly a little dirty. I usually walk barefoot in my hotel stays, and within an hour, there was dirt all over the soles of my feet. You wouldn't think it, though, at first glance. Room could probably use a deep clean.Staff is courteous and complimentary breakfast was of good quality. Overall expect a comfortable stay for a little more than 100/night.Rooms: Excellent size. Solid furnishings. Ample toiletries. Shower has solid water pressure and heat.Floor definitely needed deep steam clean.Safety: Hotel is safe and parking plentiful. No issues with a multi day stay.Walkability: About 10 to 15 minute walk to a small number of restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores.Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast 6 to 930. “Excellent location heavy police presence so it felt very safe and secure wifi available child friendly no problem getting a room wifi signal is acceptable at the time of my stay the vending machine was not properly working I kinda overslept so I wasn't able to check out at the appropriate time and I wasn't scolded or faced any penalties for late check out housekeeper was very polite and understanding also didn't bother me when they opened the door to see if I was going to check out the lady just peeked in saw me laying there exhausted and assured me that everything was okay and I could leave when I was ready

“I was traveling into Chicago for business and I was looking for a good economy hotel room. Found this property but I was a little afraid of getting a room at this hotel since the reviews were bad so I wasn’t sure but the price was a good value for money. So, I went ahead and booked a room. The staff at the check in was very helpful, I was told by the front desk staff that the hotel was under new management. After getting in my room, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even though the room needed some upgrades, sheets, towels and the bathroom was very clean and specially the internet was great.The location was Excellent just off 294 andI-80. I had to be in downtown Chicago and was only 30 minutes away. I will recommend this hotel.”

“this was a spur of the moment couple day trip for me and my fiance to get out of the house and we found the perfect hotel with super kind staff ! we were met by two different women at the desk and they were both accommodating and helpful ! pool area is clean and enjoyable and the king suite was most worth worth it ! so glad we were able to stop in and definitely coming back”
