Terrible. Long wait. Even doctors dont stay long. Last visit, Aug 7th. Asked me whatvInweigh, took blood pressure, did not take temp. Ran throat culture for strep, a flu culture for onlyb2bvariants and a covid test. Neg on all but I have no taste or smell feel like I was run over by a truck, and continue to feel very bad. Perhaps if their expensive co pays went towards tests for the most current strains of covid and for more than 2 strains of flu they may have been able to give a real not guessed at diagnosis and I'd have received paxlovid to ease my terrible symptoms or tamiflu if it was the flu. We working stiffs do not get to just take off as many days as we want when sick and actually needs meds to relieve our symptoms..so frustrating! Need another option for healthcare in this area. Unfortunately this Franciscan health system has brought up every tiny Clinic and Hospital in the area and so we have subpar care in every location. Each time I find a new small clinic located around the area and start going to it within a year that clinic is bought up and the doctors are moved over to this Franciscan Health system. It's definitely a monopoly and they have the worst care imaginable. You get nothing for your money and all of their prices have gone up. Go to Chicago hospitals. Drive that extra 25 mins for real care rather than flushing your hard earned cash down the toilet!

The parking is great, they have a valet. The place is clean. The people are friendly. The reception desk is very kind and helpful.

I see a lot of negative comments on here about this facility everyone has there own opinions. I've bin going here since I was a kid my current Dr she is a pit of a stickler any time I need anything done! But she dose care my pain seems to get ignored but with being persistent and making sure they know you know who the good malpractice lawyers are seem to get any doctor to listen you'll have the same problem everywhere you go if you refuse to advocate for yourself or have someone to advocate for you rwmid your Dr that you are here bc something is wrongnot because you want to have fun

The only thing I like about this clinic is it is convenient to just walk in there, even though most of the time there is a wait, they USUALLY have good hrs, except when the weather is “bad” & they leave early with no sign or warning, call b4 You come, that’s if they decide to answer . . ??♀️ The staff is rude, ESPECIALLY at the desk where You sign in, for Urgent care, not helpful, and could help certain people fill out their form, or do it for them, because they are disabled, or can’t really see or stand, BUT THEY DON’T! But nobody really cares about You as a Person! The Dr’s misdiagnosis, run You out, guess, or just don’t care about Your diagnosis. . I mean crazy how many times they have misdiagnosed me, or said nothing was wrong, and I went somewhere else, and it was, only reason I keep going back is because my insurance is with this network. Recently I had Covid, and they only cared about the five days “quarantine“ when I am contagious, they didn’t care about how I really felt, still sick as a dog, they didn’t even take my temperature when I went back the second time around, or even ask me why I was there, and if I still had symptoms, this was definitely not my first time with Covid, let me just say, the first time I had Covid I was sick for more than a month ? & most of the time asking for a doctors note, it’s like pulling teeth, like they’re paying you, it’s ridiculous!!! I really don’t like coming here, THEY DON’T REALLY CARE, IMO. . Also, the doctors leave here like flies drop, four times already I have had to find a new Dr because they left the network ? I wonder why, they wanna leave before their reputation is ruined, I think next time open enrollment comes, I will be leaving! Sad, because I used to come here when I was growing up, but it was a World ? away from what it is now ??♀️ I would Never recommend them anymore, & this was only Urgent care, I am not even commenting on the primary care doctor I have, the rude security guard that looks angry ???♀️lab staff, or the rest of the clinic for that matter ??♀️

All the personnel were friendly and helpful. Dr. Loza listened to my concerns and explained my options. He was great and I feel very comfortable he will address my situation. I would recommend him!

Has been the worse experience for the first time . I’ve always come here but this is the first time it’s been longer than usual. I have been here since 10:30 till 2:30 .

If I didn’t have epilepsy I would never come to this clinic. The staff specifically the doctors teams are super unprofessional. They never get back to you. It’s just awful. I had made an appt to get an IUD insertion and the office calls me and says “we don’t have any” even though I had scheduled this MONTHS in advanced. They said they’ll “look around” for one and give me a call. They never gave me a call back. Had to go to another doctor to get the insertion. On top of this I had a surgery to get rid of my ganglion cyst and the doctor botched the surgery TWICE. I have a large permanent scar on my wrist now. I promise you if I had the choice I wouldn’t see these doctors DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been coming here since last fall to see my Primary Care Physician Dr. Loza since they closed the Griffith Clinic where I had seen him since early 2019. I have only had good experiences starting with the friendly people who greet me in the reception area. They have a lab on site so I can also get my bloodwork done there and see Dr. Loza . I recently had a succesful cervical fusion with Minimally Invasive Spine Specialist Dr. Khanna. He is also on site on Wednesdays for all pre-op appointments and follow-ups. One day I was able to see Dr. Loza, Dr. Khanna and get bloodwork done all in about two hours!I will be moving soon and I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Loza for everything he has done for me. He is the best physician I've ever had. He is eminently qualified and a delight to be around. Thank you Dr. Loza! You will be missed. I'd like to send a big "ditto" to Dr. Khanna as well. He is the best and I am so lucky to have been under his highly skilled care.Be honest with your physicians and surgeons, treat them the way you would like to be treated and your experience can be as good as mine has been!

Receptionists are so rude. I don't understand why they have to make this process any more stressful and uncomfortable than it already is. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the woman who did my blood work (Jessica I believe) was amazing

Disappointed with this clinic I have been going to Dr. Kaul office for over 3 years and they changed appointments without even calling you to let you know and on top of that they reschedule for times you can't make it then get attitude with you smh unacceptable time to change

I’ve been coming here since December 1996 and today is the first time I receive absolutely horrible service! There were no patients in the waiting room when I arrived at 2:50. However I was not taken back until 4:20. A lady did come in with a deep cut at 3:10. I did expect for her to be taken first. However another lady that came in at 3:00 was also taken back before me. Even the gentleman that was with the second lady was surprised that she was seen before me. Believe me if I could rate 0 stars I would… I’m definitely going to be looking for another place that has compassion! The old staff definitely followed the Franciscan Tradition!

I love the Hammond clinic, I have been going here for 35 years. My current complaint is all the running around to get an ultrasound this is ridiculous. Go here go there, then go back again. What happened to everything being done on site.

Phone number doesnt not work. Extention for representative is not properly configured, states its an invalid entry. Big loop of confusion by an answeting machine. Dont call, very frustrating.
