We had to find a new Start Farm Rep after our former rep retired. We wanted someone closer to home and found Joe LaBella. He has been great from the first time we met with him. He is not pushy or always trying to sell you extra insurance or increase what you have. He as been great working with us and my daughter with claim questions after a recent storm. I highly recommend him - we are happy we chose Joe for our new S.F. Rep.

Joe and his staff are amazing! I once came in with my aunt for her to get a quote and I was in awe of the professionalism both Joe and his staff administered! Kevin, who seems to be his right hand man, helped my aunt with a quote and I’ve never seen someone go in such detail on coverages. His office manager was both polite and greeted us at the door asking if we wanted a water or coffee which was different from anything I’ve experienced before. They are very open, honest, and informative. They left my aunt not feeling sold but like they truly cared about her being insured properly. My hat goes off to how they run things over at Joe LaBella’s office. I’m thoroughly impressed!

Joe and his team are great. When I had to put a claim in, Joe was super helpful. He gave me a list of body shops to use and even helped me book my rental car. He was very honest when it came to what policies and coverages I needed. His staff is great as well. Christine is always friendly and genuinely cares about how I’m doing. Great service!
