This was my first time going into a nail salon me and my fiancé had a date day . Went into this salon everyone inside was friendly and respectful. This two guys”Joseph & Jackson”that took while good care of me crusty feet and my wife’s did an amazing job . Felt so good this spot will def be my go to from this day forward. I appreciate you guys keep up the amazing job and it wasn’t rushed

I have to give it one star so I will 🙄 my I have been here twice. 1st time I had a pedicure by Kim and it was excellent, that is why I returned. Though I didn't like the vibes of a lady I found out to be the owner or manager. The 2nd time I went I was in uncomfortable because the same lady (manager) energy wasn’t the best and she too busy laughing and talking with the staff and I’m tryna get out of there smh. Today….right now was my 3rd time and last time. I called and asked what time they closed today since it was a holiday and the manager told me 7:30, they take their last customer at 7. Well it’s 6:00 me and my daughter walk in and I said 2 pedicures…this lady begins to talk to the two gentlemen workers that were they disregarding what I said. She then finally said they were leaving no pedicures. I said I just called u and u said 7 she said well they are ready to go. That was it for me, even tho I live up the street I’m not going back!

I needed my nails done pretty bad, so I landed here. It was a mistake.
It seemed clean and pleasant when I first walked inside with my significant other. I checked out the menu they had and we were helped almost immediately. From the Manicure section, I went with the Regular Manicure. It was $20. From the Pedicure section, I went with the Regular / Basic Pedi (Men). It was $40.
I was guided to sit down for the Pedicure first. After I was seated, I was given a menu. I went with the 1. Lee Nails Spa Pedicure. Pedicure Regular For Men was $40. I tried out the massage on my chair and it wasn’t good. The employee did rather bad on cutting my toenails. I got a clear coat on them. My Pedicure was done poorly and it felt rushed.
After that, I was guided not too far away at a desk for the Manicure. The cutting of my nails was horrible! She put a clear coat on my nails. It looked weird to me. She twisted my hands aggressively throughout the Manicure. This service felt very similar to the Pedicure, as it was done poorly and it felt rushed.
The service was terrible. Everyone I encountered had a nasty attitude. Hospitality was definitely not present here. The employee who did my services was worried about who was paying the bill and a different employee was hungry for a tip. It left me with a bitter feeling.
Overall, this place was a bad experience. The job barely got done. The poor quality I was given mixed with the nasty attitudes they had ignited into a disaster. I won’t be back.

Go to Hollywood Nails in Griffith. They moved up the street on Ridge Road. Vivian has been the owner for over 25 years--still best in the business!!!
Go see Mai, Vivian and/or Michael!!!
Lee Nails is horrible!!! Don't waste your time or $$$.
