The technician did a good job on my nails but the manager came over to talk to the person doing my nails for an extended period while I am having my nails done. They speak Chinese to each other so who knows what they are saying. They laugh and joke around so it obviously isn’t work related. I think this is VERY rude. The manager gave the worker a little shove while she was laughing which caused my polish to be smeared so it had to be redone. Save the chatting for in between customers.Services: Pedicure

This is the 2nd time I have come here. 1st was with my son and daughter, and this time only my daughter. I absolutely love how they treated my son last time. He felt so welcome and happy to get a pedicure. This time it was a girls day... full sets and pedis. The people here are so nice, caring, patient, and welcoming. Next time I'm bringing my son back. This is the only place I will go to from now on. 2 out of 2 great experiences. Thank you.!Services: Foot massages

Usually they do great at service and massage. But I waited 45 min and others were serviced before me, the massage for legs was just an application of packets on legs , no more than 2 minute rub in then rinse.I was so disappointed. Same with manicure. Which I only requested basic polish and I was charged $20 for it. I believe it's usually $10 I've been a long time customer so this was all disappointing . I also do not like the new remodel. It feels so cold in there with the gray and light blue color. They should have left it alone

I went in today for a mani/pedi! The pedicure was fine. Though technically they didn’t ask me what I wanted! Just charged me $50!! Danny was the nail tech who did my nails! HORRIBLE! He was way too aggressive! Snatching my hands, polish on the sides of almost 4 of my fingers, and instead of fixing his mistake, he kept adding more coats of polish. It was hair coming out of the nail polish bottle, and instead of wiping it off, he kept polishing over it! Then had the nerve to charge me $95!!! For a fill-in! I’m pissed!!! Never again! They’re rude to African American women, and it’s obvious! 3 women before me complained! All black! They overcharge the black women on purpose so we won’t return! They won! I’m never going back!

I absolutely love the staff and the environment as a whole. My technician Danny is amazing. Whatever nail design I want he always finds a way to give me what I want & makes sure I'm completely satisfied & happy before leaving.

I have been a customer for years at this nail salon. After today, I will never return. My complaint is not against my technician, she did nothing wrong. It is the woman that runs the front desk (and manages the store) that I’m complaining about.I came in for a regular polish change on hands ($10) and feet ($10) according to the sign and I brought my own polish. I paid with a credit card and when the sales slip was presented to me it was for $25! I asked why and the desk/store manager said the price went up (Really? While my nails were drying?). I showed her the price list sign facing me and she said she forgot to change that one. She goes to the front desk and brings another sign with a $15 sticky note pasted over the price for a toe polish change.I told her that for customer service reasons alone, the store should honor the price advertised and remove old signage to prevent confusion. She refused to listen and started yelling at me. I asked how we could resolve this because I wasn’t paying $25. I asked if she would void the sales slip and give me another one for $20. She said no. I asked if she could give me $5 in cash from the register if I signed the $25 sale slip and she said no.After more yelling and pointing from her I had to call the police so that I could pay the correct price and not be accused of trying to get services without paying. The police came and she had to admit that it was her mistake for not changing the sign. Then she tried to lie and say I was refusing to pay! But the police knew that wasn’t true because I was the one that called them, not the other way around. One of the police officers asked her if she could void the sale and she said she couldn’t (which was a lie, I am a business owner and I know the POS device can void your last transaction immediately and no one else had purchased a service after me prior to the arrival of the police). I stated what I knew about POS devices and the fact that I requested this remedy first before calling the police. At this point the other police officer asked me for MY driver’s license and explained that he needed it in order to close out his report and I would need a copy of that report if I decided to go to small claims court. ALL OF THIS OVER A $5 DISPUTE?!!!I gave the officer my license and FINALLY she felt pressured to do the right thing (because baby…I will take you to court over this foolishness to make you respect me). She voided the transaction and ran a new sale for the $20 (what I asked her to do in the first place)! Then she tells the officers to tell me not to come to her salon again. I had already told her that I would never return the minute I made the call to the police (10 minutes prior) so……They lost a good customer today.Service: Nail polish changes

I have been going to this shop for over two years EVERY two weeks faithfully. I go to the SAME person to get my nails down EVERY TIME. The owner came to me while I was almost done with my pedicure and told me I had to go to someone else because the person I always go to was busy. I’ve been there two hours. I was there before the others. She proceeds to tell me that she has over 200 customers and doesn’t know the regulars when she sees them. I was insulted. She said I had to tell her who I wanted when I walk in the door. I never had to do that before. She then said it was because they were busy. It bothers me is that they get all this money from the black community and have little respect for us. I was also shocked that my nail tech didn’t say anything… even in their language as to not embarrass her…. I have always tipped him well….. He didn’t!She was unapologetically racist as she turned to another black customer and said she doesn’t know her either. She then stated that I was coming “at” her because I contested what she said. I felt as if she was strong arming me…. She was taking my choice, voice, and power to specific purchasing away. She cannot charge me for a service she wants me to have. I have the right to choose and I will not be going back to a place that doesn’t respect me or know me after all these years. ALL BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT LOOK ALIKE! IF YOU ARE IN THEIR COMMUNITY TO GET RICH KNOW WHO THEY ARE!

Been here before for a pedicure and decided to go back yesterday. It was around 2:45, walked in, picked my color, sat for 15 minutes then they moved me to a pedicure chair. It didn’t seem busy. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to at least put the water on for my feet to soak. Finally decided to walk out. Why would I pay you if you didn’t care to service me in a timely manner?

Horrible service ridiculous long wait times. I waited 2 hours for a pedicure then was told I couldn’t get my nails done because they were closing. And that was after I was told they would start on them while I was getting the pedicure. Prices are ridiculous I’ve never paid $75 for a no chip pedicure. I will never go back or suggest their services.

I've been coming to this place for years, and the little lady that works the front is the rudest little person I've ever met. The customer service is trash, and I notice they are not as clean and sanitized with their tools for pedicures like they used to. I am currently looking for a new nail shop.

I’ve come here for many years and this last time was the worst service. I took my mom here for a manicure and pedicure. They were short staffed, which I totally understand. While my mother and I were getting our toes done, the male technician said something to the main woman who greets the guests. We did not understand them, but we could tell that they were arguing. After the woman walked away the man said “f***ing b**ch”. My mother and I looked at him in shock. He apologized, but he had no excuse for that language and behavior. We will not be returning to this nail shop.Services: Gel manicures
