Beth was awesome. She knew her stuff, and was fun to talk to. I felt comfortable taking my time trying the mattresses, and her knowledge-driven guidance made me feel confident in my purchase. Delivery was available in only two days away vs. a store I had visited a few days ago that told me they were out two weeks! Highly recommend. Thank you for making the process smooth and actually enjoyable.

This was our first mattress store stop of 3 for the day. We meet Jacob (salesperson) after entering. Jacob was very knowledgeable, offering suggestions but never pushy. He knows their products very well. He was very nice and pleasant!
We went to Hasseless and American mattress. We found many of the same mattresses, slight different prices.
We returned to Matress Firm to purchase. Jacob deserved the sale.

I shopped for a mattress for about two weeks, going to 6 different mattress stores and speaking with many sales people. I purchased from Luis at the Munster Mattress firm because of his knowledge of the products and easy going demeanor. He was not pushy and offered good suggestions.
