“Steve was incredible! So so patient and helped me understand the questions I had. He was kind and not pushy, I never felt pressure to buy. He knew what he was talking about and was well informed. I’ll definitely will be back and will recommend Steve at Mattress Firm!”
“Genelle was SO kind, patient, and helpful while I found the perfect mattress for me! She took her time with me and was so sweet.
I'm very happy with what I finally decided on and couldn't have asked for better attention and customer service. Thank you 🌻.”
“Andy was nice to buy with.
Not pushy, listened to our feedback, and provided us with good info which led us to make a purchase.
Purchase was straight forward and we were in and out in a timely manner.
Next time I or a friend need a mattress, I'll go looking for Andy.
Delivery upcoming in a few days.”
“World furniture has great furniture and I came in for a full house and fast delivery. I highly recommend shop here before shopping anywhere for real. They were also the best of the region for best furniture and mattress store in nwi”
“This is my second time having furniture delivered from Bob’s, and not only did we find the perfect furniture but the delivery guys were prompt, professional and highly efficient. 10/10 and two thumbs up!! 👍👍”
“Brought my mom to American Mattress for a new bed set since hers was so old. Met Jason and he went out of his way to be helpful, professional, and dummy stuff down so simplistic folks like us could understand the new technologies in a mattress.
Just for the heck of it we went to another mattress place and they didn't have the selection and their prices were far higher than American Mattress. Turned around, went back and Jason was again happy to see us and set us up with the best deal.
Great store, great employees, great stock, and I'll be picking up my next mattress set from Jason at American Mattress. Thanks guys !”
“This is my first time shopping at Ashley’s. I’d previously visited other locations but didn’t find what I was looking for. This time I stopped into this location on a whim and surprisingly, found exactly what I was looking for at the right price for me. The store manager ended up helping me as my salesman was occupied with another sale. He answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. I very much appreciated that. I’m now awaiting delivery of my items this Saturday and looking forward to same. Thank you!”

“Found my dream vanity here at this location and I can’t be any happier with the outcome! So affordable and is a replica of the vanity impressions one I was eyeing for a while! Very sturdy and there is such a good amount of space for all my needs. Also fell in love with this fire place, perfect touch to a cozy living room. Thank you Sammie for guiding me throughout this process. Great customer service and will be returning soon!!”
“Sue helped us in so many ways from different options in style and fabric. Did not overwhelm us with too many choices.
Delivery was excellent - both men were cordial and worked well with each other.
Enjoying our new couch and 2 loveseats.”
“Me and my Husband came in to look around and of course I saw this Beautiful Blue sectional I just had to have. Najih was so amazing and he helped with all our needs. I definitely will recommend and come back.”
“Wanted furniture for Niece's first apartment. We got a good deal on a sturdy sofa with a chaise connected for about 200 less than the other stores we went too. Also a nice little table & chair set. The guys there were friendly & it was delivered the next day.”
“Been there multiple times. Had a good experience each time. My daughter's bf also got a mattress set from there. You tell them what you want they'll take care of you!!”

“Well, yesterday was a challenge. I got approved for the credit, but I wanted to buy the base. So, I have a Klarna account and tried to pay the base with Klarna. But it would not work and this is where Luis @ your Munster,IN location on Calumet Ave was great at doing his job and more. He, looked and looked to find ways to get my Klarna account to work even looked it up on the computer to find directions and even called another store location to see if that manager may have known a way to get the payment to go thru. He tried everything to help me. But at the end I had to spend $1500. But just the fact the he took the time to help, and try to figure it out with me was more appreciated then he knows. Cause now days people do not wanted to help each other especially in customer service. It was wonderful to know that there are still employees out there that care about doing a good job and helping people. I can't Thank him enough for helping me out yesterday and making me feel a littler better knowing that there is still some kindness in this world.”
