This is the best storage place I've ever used. Signing up and moving in was a breeze. No issues at all whatsoever. Everything was so easy and automated and everything is clear on the website. You just e-sign all the documents, pay your fee and you've got your unit I give store safe five star

Munster StorSafe is very convenient, clean, and secure. Their staff is responsive and courteous. The reason for 4 stars is the significant increase in rental cost since StorSafe acquired this location. This forced us to vacate the unit sooner than we had planned.

So far so good!!! The person I spoke with on the phone was polite, professional and helpful. And someone else called back later to make sure everything went well. I missed the call but they left a voicemail.

Very disappointed in the customer service. They don't really care for the customer service. They do not call back. I was with them for 2 years but no support.....please disregard this as Ms Lauren has fixed everything and did the needful....

Amanda was great. It was a pleasure dealing with her and she answered all my questions and assisted me with getting signed up.
