“The staff very professional and nice! The place is very clean and organized. I have bought food for my Yorkie there. My Yorkie was groom there last Friday and she looks adorable. I really like there work. I didn't mine tipping the young lady who took excellent care of Sasha my Yorkie we both are happy camper. I would highly recommend this place!!”

“Our backyard is home to beautiful cardinals, blue jays, starlings, and even woodpeckers. My mom enjoys feeding them and takes it very seriously. We feed them the best and most highly nutritious feed and Most Feed Carrie's it. Even though the cost is around $50 a pop, it's worth it as the birds coloring is vibrant and beautiful. We also like purchasing feed here as it's from a small and local business. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I love this place and will be back soon.”

“I LOVE this store. It’s a family atmosphere and it helps with my dogs anxiety. SO MANY options for good food treats and necessities. They are so helpful and always are interested in my rescue pups. “Driving down Burnham I would often have the urge to go check out what was in the red barn since it looked so cool, the only thing that kept me from going was not having a dog yet. Fast forward I got a Rottie my fav breed and with all my other Rotties I fed them a certain healthier food, but in 2023 found out the food was now nearly impossible to find went to Teds and they turned out to be an authorized retailer of the food ?. So instantly they became a favorite pet store for me personally, not to mention they also have the best customer service in a time post pandemic when many businesses lack not only good customer service, but customer service period. It’s a smaller store, but they have an impressive variety of every category.Just to illustrate their customer service I later went to grab a big bag of dog food and they were out, but Andrew ( the guy that has in the past carried out my food to my vehicle ) advised me that they would be getting some food in the next day and that he could put my name on it to save it for me and then call me when it came in ( that alone goes above and beyond other businesses ) and sure enough he did exactly what he said and then the young lady that rung me up signed me up for their rewards account , while the other lady I didn’t get her name was advising me of when their deliveries are , so these guys truly understand the important aspects of running a business , they definitely get it. They have higher prices on some things and then some things are cheaper then the big box guys, but when you get service like that it’s best to support it by any means necessary so I will be a customer for life.”

“I've had 7 dogs and all have been going to 7 Seas and Carol. I've been happy, she dies a great job, the feont desk staff are always respectful and kind to the animals. “Since getting my new puppy I’ve frequented a few pet stores. Petco just seems to have a better variety of dog items. I also researched the vet options. Petco was cheaper and the service was still informative and they treated my puppy great. Will def return to try to the grooming services after his last shots.”

“This was my third pet store stop while looking for Stella and chewy kitten food which I found strange that the other two pet stores in Oak Creek didn't carry. I asked one store why they didn't stock it and I was told that it's a cooperate store and SC is a local company made right in Oak Creek so the can't offer it, makes no sense to me when it's made blocks away. I could not find SC kitten food so I asked the young woman where it is, it's in a side isle display out side of the cat food area but she took me to it. I'm glad I finally found a store that had what I needed”
