Property manager no where in site and no way to get a hold of. Two days straight many many people have not been able to access there belongings. This has happened multiple times no power at there gates. Completely unacceptable!

We are rent a 10x5 storage unit and are a non for profit group, we have had the unit for 7 mths and now they want to raise the monthly rate by $53! That's is awful and they will only do month to month so they can raise the rate as often as they want. Terrible group to work with!!
