THIS LOCATION LACKS A PERSONALITY AND THE ENERGY LEVEL IS JUST VISIBLY LOW. THE COMPETITOR UP THE STREET WITH THE J LETTER AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WORD IS BETTER.

I feel that everyone has a different experience depending on who the are and who the employee is, but I feel if someone throws your bag on the counter the should be fired immediately. The attitude of the particular young person at the first cash machine was uncalled for. I bought one item and she threw the bag. I said thanks for throwing my bag and had she nerve to say have a great day with this smirk on her face. She had the same smirk before she threw my bag too. I am too old for games. I have worked all my life and I deserve to get treated with respect, especially from a young child.

Really enjoy the salads, condiments, etc. stopped ordered grilled chicken from the deli rather than argue with the person behind the counter

Over priced, this is not a whole foods or Mariano's and even alot of their prices are better. What's worse is Stracks has a knack of buying closeout products at discount prices. ( Campbell's cream soups, Hellmann's, Velveeta Philly cream cheese...) and other fast moving products. Because the dates are constantly less than 90 days left. This may not be an issue for you. But these products should have 12 months left at the prices Stracks is charging. It's B.S.

I am a new Munster resident who made first visit to the local Munster store after going to the Cline location regularly for about a year. The store was well lit, mostly clean and organized, but rated as average due to fruit flies on the produce, multiple items out of stock, and most critically, an unpleasant interaction with an employee. I will probably not return to this location, but could tolerate it in a pinch.

Had the most displeasing experience at this store today I shop here occasionally when I am in the area now I was in line a lady ( white) was in front of me she had some paper plates it didn't ring up so the cashier asked her " how much was is she tells her the price and puts it in the system for the price she said with no problem now it's my turn so I always clip my coupons always before I enter the store ( have the app on my phone) so she rung up my items and I noticed my item didn't come off for the digital coupon price of which I did clip the coupon for this particular item so I asked the cashier that's supposed to be on sale and told her the price " oh I have to get a manager over here" now remind you the lady before me tell her the price she put it in no problem but when it comes to a ( black women) oh we got to get the manager, then she tried to act like I was stupid about the coupon clipping showed her the coupon and several others " oh it's not clipped proceed to unclipped the coupon that was already clipped the buttons get stuck sometimes lady it was already clipped you just unclipped it and clipped it back to think you throwing me off sorry I am far from dumb" I have never experienced such displeasing service in that store or any other store. I won't be shopping back there. Racism is a factor that I experience today.

I shop here on occasion, however, the stench of seafood bothers me there as soon as I walk in the door. It's very smelly. I also don't like how the aisle between produce and the beverage aisle was blocked off -why? So inconvenient. Otherwise, a very nice store and friendly employees.

I’m here shopping at least 4 days a week for many years now but the last 3 years or so literally every time I’m in the store the for produce it is rotten and just overall in bad condition. I’m seriously wondering is management checking the produce department because it’s so bad literally every time I visit.

I really like Strack's, not only is it close to my home, but they pretty much have everything I want on the shelves, every time I go there. I also find the staff helpful in case you do need some help trying to find something. The store is always very clean and well lit.
