I can not recommend The Door Store enough. The team is so knowledgeable of their products that it made us very secure in our purchase, and their installation team was even better. We almost made a huge mistake when we were originally going to purchase from another company. Thank goodness we did not. Our door took awhile to come in, but we knew in advance that would happen and we were perfectly fine with that. Our new door has added great club appeal and has upgraded the value if our home. It has taken us time to get used to the amazing difference. As in the pictures, you can see the before and after.We will be purchasing from only them from now on.

They never came when they said they would! That kind of behavior doesn't seem very reliable, so they're off our list.

I'm a very dissatisfied potential customer. I called yesterday morning to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us a price on 4 windows and siding. The women on the phone asked if yesterday, Sat 8/27/22 would work for us. I said yes and was excited they made the appointment for the same day. Unfortunately they wasted my Saturday afternoon because they didn't show up. How very unprofessional! If they don't call or show up for appointments they've made, I can't imagine how unprofessional there work is! A phone call would've been nice saying they couldn't come. Thank you to The Door Store for waisting my day off of work for nothing!

We had a front door with one side panel installed. The work was performed in a very professional manner. It was very cold out, and the installers did a great job getting the door installed as quickly as possible. They were very polite, friendly and answered any questions we had. The only thing I wasn't happy with was them setting some of there material on our hall bench, without covering the top of the bench first. Other than that, we were very happy with the door & the installation. The door looks absolutely beautiful.

The customer service representative who claimed she was management, needs a proper etiquette training. I wanted to stay local and support this local business however, she was rude & hung up on me because they where running late for the measurement appointment and I let her know I have yo pick up my autistic son at 3 pm. I was in customer service for 26 years myself. It’s heartbreaking that they have to hire unkind people like this lady because quality is not available.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review yet I'm being called to share my recent interaction with the door store. Namely Barb who claims to be the manager. She called to let me know the installer was running late. I called back to verify he would be here at 1:30 as the voicemail she left indicated. I needed the assurance because I had to pick up my autistic son in Merrilville at 3 o'clock. She rudely said, "you'll just have to call back to reschedule" and hung up on me. I called back to let her know that it's not OK to treat customers that way and she sat on the phone arguing with me rather than making an amends for her unprofessional behavior. Barb seems to be entitled to her position and doesn't care if she loses money for the company. I value morals and kindness. I've been in customer service for 26 years and the etiquette today is quickly falling off like a ski jump. It's truly sad.

They have beautiful solid quality doors and I believe the installers would be perfect. I couldn't order from them because the gentleman said they hope to get all parts they need is 16 weeks behind and they had 2 large order piles of people waiting for installation. Same story as other places, not enough parts to make doors..He did not say where they are coming from, I bet they are stuck at the shipping ports. I blame Biden not the company. They were busy when previous administration was in.This was Oct.2021
