After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. “Started out with a flat tire Monday morning, called them as they were closest and they said air it up and come in, they will fix it. Made it there and while there asked for pricing on new tires. Gave me a very fair price and I went in this morning to get new tires. They didn't charge me for fixing my flat tire since I was coming in for new ones. Love this place and people are wonderful. “My trailer tire needed to be plugged. Called this place at 7am and they said come over. Repaired in 30 mins for $47. Great experience. Office staff Efficient and Friendly as well as the mechanics.A lady came there while I was waiting selling Tamales and Hot Chocolate. They were the best and softest tamales I ever had. The hot chocolate was not your typical hot chocolate. It was something out of this world good.”

“Honest reviewer here, these men do hard work. Not sure what the avg price is to loosen 15 lug nuts that are jammed on to the rim. But when you’ve got to break out a sledge hammer for each tire just because your impact failed, that alone tells me you’re determined and requires recognition. All in all, the lug nuts were removed for $25 bucks. Only downside was that they didn’t have the tires I needed on hand. I would definitely come back though.”
“Indy tire shop in East Chicago and in Whiting Indiana has always been a staple for my vehicles ad long as I've lived in NWI. The employees are great, the owner will discuss options and deals personally with you if your situation is unique, and the pricing is unbeatable. I shop for almost new tires here. I have an odd size sometimes they have to order it, call their other shop or hunt it down but they always do. I highly recommend this tire shop, I've gone thru serious tires on my last 4 vehicles. They've saved me a fortune.”
