I've been trying to get my mail delivered to my new address since December. I've been to the Munster Post Office 3 times. I have yet to receive any mail. I've spoken to 5 people. Ms. Lyons, supervisor at the Munster location was. very helpful. This is ridiculous the new policy put in place by the Post Office General. He needs to be replaced

I had an appointment passport services. The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention, not very intelligent. I was refused services because my personal check to " US Department of State" did not have my home address preprinted on it. The rep stated they do not accept starter checks. I informed her that it was not a starter check that for safety and security reasons, I do not have PII reprinted on my check. She still denied me service.

Nice little low visibility US post office at the north end of strip mall off Ridge Road near Calumet Avenue. Has all the usual offerings you would expect, and it was a nice clean facility. When we dropped in there were two operators working the counter, and they were efficient and very friendly.I had made a passport appt. - which the system did not show, but they processed me anyway. Some reluctance to accept my military ID (which post office main web site says they accept). Many post office locations get bad reviews, but this one was very nice.

I don't know why I continue to try to go to this place. It reminds me of that one time in the Soviet era where I got locked up in a Russian gulag. Unfortunately, that was a much better experience. I mean, come on. The makeshift signs to make sure people know where to go, and the plastic flaps that they stole from the local car wash to create separation with the customers? Gezzzzzz...

Not the friendliest of people working at this location, and sometimes they are on phones while helping customers. When you’re working with customers and helping them in this way, I feel clerks should be very friendly, courteous and clear when helping customers. If you don’t like your job, go find another job where you don’t deal with customers or people. I have better experiences at Fedex and UPS stores, I leave satisfied as a customer. USPS definitely needs new leadership and better hiring of employees and training .

Hands down the rudest and most unhelpful clerks I have ever encountered in a post office or any government center. Slow moving, unfriendly people and the space is dark, cramped and disheveled. It reminds me of an old inner city pawn shop. Zero stars.

I thought Hammond PO was bad, but this place has them beat. I went on a Saturday around noon , 3 ppl in line an 2 workers behind the counter, 1 working, 1 shuffling papers around, the one that had been working and I'm assuming it was doing a passport because she continue to play with the papers for a long time meanwhile now there's eight people in line I have been standing there a good 15 minutes a lady walked in with three boxes and the lady precedes to tell her if you're just dropping off you can put it right here , well thanks for telling me. And I had just got done hearing her say I'm going to take a break I'm tired RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Lost my package! The delivery guy said it was delivered but it was not! Waiting for the investigation of who took my package!!! It is annoying that I thought Munster Indiana is a safe place. Did the mailman lose it or someone stole it???? Hope they return my package!!!!

I came to this post office frustrated, I just wasn’t having a good morning,but I had the pleasure of a young lady by the name of Joss to greet me . She was so friendly and helpful to me even though I wasn’t so pleasant at first but that warm and inviting smile just made my day.
