never will use this phaready again. Milly the pharmacist will withhold your medication intentionally ! I had to switch Walgreens because of her actions and poor work ethics. Should have became a doctor if she wanted to micro-mange what a doctor is prescribing

Great customer service from Steve the manager at the Munster Walgreens. When the pharmacy could'nt fill my prescription Steve got right on it. I was able to get the prescription at another Walgreens in a neighboring town. Kudos to Steve!

This pharmacy is a joke! I took three prescriptions in today and was told, oh we do not carry that in stock. we will need to back order it. should be here some time next week. The prescriptions were not for something exotic, they were for an antibiotic, a cough suppressant and tamiflu. This is not the first time this has happened. My insurance plan says I have to use Walgreens. I will pay the extra, I am not sure what they are, but it is certainly not a pharmacy.

I've been sitting in the pharmacy for an hour now waiting on getting a flu shot. This is ridiculous. I'm literally the only person here.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy, I realize they may be busy but Karen, one of the pharmacy staff should definitely take some lessons in customer service. Whether u are overwhelmed or not, displaying it to customers is not recommended. I might suggest 1 person work the window, 3 of them greet you til someone actually helps. Makes no sense.

Really bad pharmacists, they are just in a rush to get rid of you, do not bother asking them any questions they will lie to you. I asked the tech why the price is so high on my prescription after a coupon and insurance and she said well its for a 3 month supply, i looked at her and said are you sure this is a three month supply and she said yes. When i got home my prescription was only for a 30 day supply. That was just mean, you’d expect a pharmacist to be more kind and understanding towards her patient. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time here they have no clue what they are doing, they were very snotty

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Munster area. The Pharmacists might be good but the people working with them have no clue. They tell you your meds are here. You go there, NO MEDS. All I ever hear is I'm sorry, I don't know who you spoke to. We'll have them for you tomorrow after 3. So you call to see if they are in. They tell you we are checking them in and will know after 3. You go, guess what? NO MEDS. Don't believe the reviews. They are from out of town. One guy is from Brazil. They act like they are the only game in town. Even rude on the phone. I'm looking for a new pharmacy and I hope you will also

My go to location. The store is always in good shape, the associates are friendly. Even the managers smile and greet you. You don't get that coming from a manger often elsewhere. One of the location where I see almost all the managers working on the floor, you even have some that will ring up customers. I've gotten to know some of the staff here. They know me and my son by name, so we always get greeted with a smile and great to see you!! I've been to the pharmacy recently for my son. We don't have regular health coverage, so we have no type of coverage for prescriptions. The pharmacy technician helped out with the cost as much as possible and applied some type of coupon. Saved us like $30+ so definitely grateful for the amazing customer service here.

They never have the medication in stock , and pharmacy staff is always rude on the phone. Often times, when the medication is called in from the doctor's office, I follow up with a phone call that we are on our way to pick it up; the answer is that they are not going to have it ready right away, and we need to wait ( with a screaming sick child) most of the time more than an hour. When I ask why so long, i always get :" We are doing the best we can". Honestly, your best doesn't cut it for me. I will be taking my RXs to CVX or other competitors.
