I've read the reviews & checked several times to ensure I was on the correct store. This is not our regular pharmacy, we contacted them to ck availability of an rx on national shortage list. This was the only Walgreens or pharmacy period that was able to obtain them. Due to Dr's office errors, there were problems getting rx sent here. We called/went in several times in 4 days inquiring & each & every employee we spoke to was the kindest, most compassionate, & patient person we've ever dealt with. They are ridiculously busy but still displayed themselves in the most positive way possible from head pharmacist & everyone down from there. I wish I could leave higher than a 5.

I visited today and the cashier was very helpful and patient when
I purchased 2 charger cords for my phone and she made sure I had the correct ones because I informed her that I had drove from Chicago to make sure I had the correct cords because it's where I bought the last charger cords so Thankyou Miss you know who you are!

THE PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS SOME REAL HELP (TRAINING) ON CUSTOMER SERVICE/RELATIONS. Annoyance, dismissive, condescending are just a few words to describe my experience(s) dealing with this pharmacy for my mother’s medication(s). When calling please do the following – it seems to work best for me…be direct, do not show any weakness like saying “hello”, asking “how are you”, expressing any kindness or heaven forbid…fumble to not be quick with your questions or responses BECAUSE you will be met with the most put-out reactions and a tone of voice that you (ME) can’t be any more of an inconvenience to me (HER) right now. SUGGESTION, if you hate your job so much and hate dealing with people even more…THINK ABOUT A JOB CHANGE! Especially when your job is to answer SOME questions regarding people dealing with dementia…not only the patient, but the families dealing with it also. I can’t think of one time dealing with this pharmacy where it went smoothly or I didn’t feel like an idiot after my phone call or visit. You know who you are over there…the one rolling your eyes at everyone when I wait in line to pick something up. The one talking to your staff with put-out hand gestures-head shaking and the slow walk of dread actually having to come to the counter to talk to someone…YEAH, YOU! And I know your job is difficult, stressful and probably overwhelming at times, but part of that decent paycheck you receive is dealing with (what you think) is idiots like me. Lesson learned…NO MORE SMALL TALK OR TOO MANY QUESTIONS! I’ll let the doctors office deal with you. Have a nice day!?

Do not schedule a vaccine here without calling first to confirm they have it. Drove 25 minutes to this location only to be told they do not even carry the vaccine that the website allowed me to schedule the appointment for. You would think someone in pharmacy would have seen the appointment and the particular vaccine it was for and gave me a courtesy call, but that did not happen. Absolute waste of time.

I'm lucky. My health insurance gives me lots of options in terms of pharmacy. I recently switched to your competitor because your pharmacy is terrible.

I would give them a 0 if I had the option. Horrible attitude. When I said she gave me attitude, she said we are just busy I’m not trying to. Like ummm.. don’t work there then.

Middle aged female employee in pharmacy is a customer service disaster. This rep has a disgusting attitude. She should be on Prozac or Ritalin. This is the last time, we are transferring to Walmart. Walmart is lousy but no one in my family will have to deal with the wicked witch of Munster any longer. Noted: She never works on inclement days of rain, probably afraid of the water. You've been warned

The incompetence level of the pharmacy is beyond comprehendable. Plus they're extremely rude? What a great combo!

The people in the pharmacy work so hard! I feel bad for them when they have to deal with impatient customers who are sometimes just plain mean. Hey, please try to BE NICE to them.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible, some idiot had my daughter waiting 3 hours for a Covid vaccine after making a 3:30 appointment stating my PPO didn't cover it. Told me to call around. Super stupid! Then figured it out, someone needs more training- go back to school!

never will use this phaready again. Milly the pharmacist will withhold your medication intentionally ! I had to switch Walgreens because of her actions and poor work ethics. Should have became a doctor if she wanted to micro-mange what a doctor is prescribing

As everyone else is already stating.. the pharmacy staff is unprofessional and seems to go out of their way to be unhelpful. After several chances, I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

This location is HORRIBLE. THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE. Read the reviews. The women who answered the phone was RUDE and hung up on me while I was taking. There is always different people here. I'M DONE. Switched my Meds to WeCare Pharmacy on 45th. Great customer service
