Love this place. It's sad to see less Makita stuff, but I understand that the bulk of your cordless isn't Makita.Great store.

From tools to windows, etc alpha in Nappanee is my 1st stop for a home project. If I have a question about the best way to do a project I know I can ask one of their pros and get a very knowledgeable answer.Rod Mullet helped me out with my window purchase and he is 5 star salesman, also a shout out to Kendrick for helping me out with my most recent project. The staff, store layout, and shopping environment is by far the best experience I have had at a hardware store.Highly recommend

I just thought I would update this. There is Major potholes in their parking lot and driveway. This would be an excellent place for a lumber yard and hardware store they are lacking customer service you always have to track someone down and most of the time the person you do find is clueless. When it rains they're parking lot is a pond limestone parking area so you get your vehicle all dirty when you get back in it. If you order some windows they will call you and tell you your windows are in and when you go pick them up only half of them are there. What a horse and pony show... Update alpha thank you for the one week slow response I'm going to stand my grounds on this one you should put a survey box at the register! So I returned here today had to drive through the pond to get to the establishment. Didn't know I should bring my kayak to the lumber store.
