“If I could give the H&R Block in Nappanee 100 stars I would.This is my first year with a small LLC business. Today I had a general tax question, which did not require for me to schedule an appointment. Before calling this location I reached out to other tax businesses (none H&R Block numbers) to request information, however none wanted to answer my question. Most wanted me to personally visit their building , so they could provide an answer (which of course I did not visit). Those businesses sounded very rude when I kindly said "No, thank you. But I still thank you for your time." I decided to contact H&R Block in Nappanee over the phone at 1:21PM. Merlyn answered my call. Let me tell you he was VERY professional and answered my simple question, without me having to visit the location. Not once did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience by asking my general tax question. Our call lasted ONLY 4 minutes with 21 seconds, which was enough for me to see H&R Block have a great team!
