“If I could give the H&R Block in Nappanee 100 stars I would.This is my first year with a small LLC business. Today I had a general tax question, which did not require for me to schedule an appointment. Before calling this location I reached out to other tax businesses (none H&R Block numbers) to request information, however none wanted to answer my question. Most wanted me to personally visit their building , so they could provide an answer (which of course I did not visit). Those businesses sounded very rude when I kindly said "No, thank you.
