The Nappanee Location is amazing! Craig, Carl, the mechanics and the rest of the staff are very well trained & take care of their customers on another level. The lobby is very clean, they have fun books for the kids, great wifi and clean bathroom that smell good. Highly recommend their services to anyone. Very honest company with morals and ethics. One of the last few standing in that industry

I’d recommend double checking any work completed here when you pick up your vehicle. First, the brake line we had changed was improperly ran so our brakes failed in the middle of driving. We had our vehicle towed to Glenn’s at our expense because they claimed it was the master cylinder, to only find it was indeed a mistake their mechanics made. They did correct this error they made, at their expense. Unfortunately we took a vehicle back to them not long after which resulted in another big mistake. A simple oil change was done incorrectly, the o-ring being improperly seated and overly tightened. 16 miles down the road our vehicle lost nearly all oil and engine light came on. They sent a mechanic out with the wrong tool to fix their mistake, so I took the proper tool to my husband (14 miles away, one way) to correct the problem. We asked for a refund of the oil change (not feeling it was necessary to ask for reimbursement for mileage since their mechanic didn’t know what tool is used in this case), but Glenn refused, stating they don’t stand behind the factory OEM filter that we provided for the oil change. A filter recommended by the mechanic at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle (who also seconded that a mistake was made by the mechanic after providing details and pictures), the factory recommended filter. It should also be noted that them sending a mechanic with the wrong tool was already “going above and beyond” to fix their mistake. Disappointed with the service because up to this point they have been decent to work with.

Been twice for an oil change. Both times, left with metal inside the front left tire and an offer to sell us one. Nice racket, y'all; cheap oil change, sell a tire at full price when hazards end up lodged in it at your shop. Either it's being placed there to sell a tire or it's a dangerous shop floor littered with metal.

I have been going here every since they opened the shop in Nappanee. They are honest, friendly, and very helpful. Don't know what I'd do without them ?
