I have asked politely for Interra Credit Union to quit spamming my mailbox, my online account and even in the line inside the building. They refuse.I don't want their mailers. I don't want to click on an ad just to get to my online account. I don't want to be tricked into a savings account I didn't want at the teller. But this all has happened to me in the past few weeks.I've been a credit union member for over a decade. I never had to do this until recently. Several times now, when logging into my online account, a SPAM ad pops up and refuses to allow me access to my account unless I click on the ad. I don't want any of their offers. NOT ONE!I keep getting SPAM in my mailbox that claims it can save me a lot of money on insurance, but it can't. I called and their insurance is way higher than my Allstate insurance. I DON'T WANT IT!I was even asked to look at a pamphlet about a new kind of checking account. I took it because I also have a BBB complaint about this very problem. I was going to use it as proof to show how bad Interra is spamming me.It's a ten minute drive to my house from the credit union. By the time I got home, they had already made it part of my account. I had to write to the online chat in my online account just to get them to remove it.There is no reason whatsoever why a banking institution should be spamming it's members. There is no reason to block a member with A SPAM AD from accessing their account. There is no reason whatsoever why I should have to constantly receive spam in my snail mail box.When I complained the last time (I lost track of how many times), their solution was to ask me if I wanted to close my online account. I DON'T!I told them they were not shoving me out the door and I would keep this fight up until I won.I want Interra Credit Union to QUIT SPAMMING my online account, my home mailbox and to never spam me at the teller again.

I went to the bank this morning to cash a check and deposit some money from the check and the lady tells me I could just mobile deposit it. I’m tired of this. If I wanted to mobile deposit it I would have and wouldn’t be wasting my time at your location. I was their for another reason hence not mobile depositing, but isn’t it part of their job to DEPOSIT CHECKS! This is the worst Interra location ever I specifically go to the one on CR17 (out of my way) for a reason.

This place has become a joke!!!! As a member since the early 1990's as it was Farm Bureau they really cared about the members. Now it is just a bunch on young girls who dont care a lick about helping anyone. What a joke, It really sad as this used to be the go to place and you were proud to be a member.

Super friendly staff, especially at the Nappanee branch. Good investment options for a financial institution. For accredited investors go elsewhere, like Emerald Clark, a real estate management company.
