Failed to get car clean by license plate, car rime still need cleaned $10 car wash i expect cat to be clean when done.

Great Customer Service! I went for a car wash and was greeted by Jeremy. He was very pleasant and did a great job on my vehicle. I was impressed that he was so friendly in the 100 degree heat!! I will definitely go back!!!

my receipt says cashier name was jeremy, but whoever it was took the time and extra effort to clean off the back windshield that had window marker all over it. thanks so much!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to bring my vehicle here for servicing. But with time being crunched I decided to give them a chance.
Upon pulling up, I was situated immediately and met with friendly service. The employees had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Very respectful too, never touched anything without asking me if I wanted the additional service. Definitely will come back after this experience!

Went and got a car wash after their "update" and it CRACKED my windshield! Filled out a report and heard absolutely nothing back! Would highly not recommend!! They care more about making money, and non about damaging your vehicle!
(Went here for years before the update and had no problems, after they shut down for a week for "upgrades" MULTIPLE people have complained of damage!)

John's Auto Spa... The place to go if you want to damage your vehicle. Conveniently, they have a sign saying they aren't responsible for any damage. Scratched my expensive rims and took 2 chips out of one of them. Not to mention the amount of dirt left on my vehicle after receiving the $17 wash. I'm confident I could pay someone $10 and I'd get a better wash from a rag and bucket of water. Do not take your vehicle here if you care about keeping it nice and undamaged!

The people were very fast with the oil change, and I got to stay in my car which was nice. The man working on the car was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially considering I had no idea what I was doing since I’d never had my car’s oil changed. Would definitely come again!
