Sometimes go to subway for lunch. Restaurant is always clean, service is always good and the employees are always nice and positive. One of the best places in nappanee to get fast food.

Staff is usually pretty good. My biggest complaint is that they can't seem to keep the toaster going. Not their fault. Management needs to get a new one. Many Subways I've been to have two.

This Subway was the best Subway restaurant that I have been to. It was clean, the service was quick and friendly, and they put more stuff on their sandwiches here then they do at other locations.I will definitely add this to my regular dinning stops.

Just left this Subway, there was a man working in there all by himself, he had a long line of customers and he was very polite and didn't get frustrated about having so many people in his store. I didn't know his name but he provided great customer service!

Was there half hour ago the steak sub had no meat! How does this happen? Ordered 4 sandwiches. Every time i go its just a bad experience.
