“I bring all my vehicles to Monteith in Nappanee. Have been for a couple years now. I tried a different Monteith once, it was ok, but Nappanee is the best. I recently purchased a used vehicle from a somewhat reputable dealer, only to have it slip into limp mode a few days later. I took to another location to have it checked out. The vehicle was not throwing codes, so it was difficult to determine why it was having issues. I got the car back and a week later it went back into limp mode. Shortly after that the gears began slipping and it finally spit out a code. I was sure it was the transmission. Austin and his team checked it out and confirmed my fears. At that point, Austin got to work searching for a new-used transmission. He was able to locate a transmission at a great price. A week later it arrived and his team got it installed. I've been operating the vehicle for just over a week now and its running great. Austin does a nice job running the Monteith in Nappanee, and the team always takes good care of my vehicles. I took a vehicle somewhere else once, and I'll never do it again.”
