Always have a great experience here. Had a gentleman named Griffen help me the last time I was in and even though this was not his usual store the man knocked it out of the park even when on his own and had a line of people behind me he helped me out with my upgrade like a true pro! Can’t thank him enough! And there usual staff are just as good. Definitely will continue to use this store as long as they keep there excellent staff employed! Thanks again Griffen!

Ordered a new phone for pick up and received a open phone box but they assured me it was new. I then went to Apple to get AppleCare and they said it was originally purchased 7 months ago so I can’t add AppleCare to it at all.

The store ordered a phone without my permission, spent hours on the phone getting the issue resolved and was told I have to return to store to get resolved and offered nothing for the inconvenience

I did a interview for this place than I did a second interview I wanted a week I spent gas money to go the store to see what’s going on they told me to wait a bit more I called the store and they told me the lady will call me Saturday this is 2 weeks in she did not call me I had to spend gas money again for me to go all the way there for them to say oh we are not interested wow make me wait over 2 weeks and spend gas money because you guys where to lazy to just send me a text or email I knew there was bad management here but even the management for hiring is bad
