We have had good luck in the past with Nashville CVS, however not today. I called to check on a very much needed prescription and the automated service said it would be ready by 1030am. Drove there and the pharmacy was closed!!! Change the automated service. Called Bloomington CVS to transfer it and drive to BLM.

My friend and I have gone there after work and have been accused of stealing when we always pay for our things. They always check the isles to “make sure nothing is missing” after we go through them. I understand it’s usually late when we come in, but that’s after we get off of work. A very unwelcoming place. Felt personally attacked.

I love this pharmacy. They are so helpful and always answer my questions. I can’t speak to the actual store because I rarely go in.

Graciously the pharmacy allowed me to buy some over the counter meds at the drive up . I have several issues that don’t allow me to go into the store at the crisis time . I appreciate that the folks at CVS were able to accommodate me

They are trying to force you to use the self serve checkouts by closing other registers shame on them where is the customer service I have not shopped Walmart in 5 years because of their customer service same products can be purchased else where . Walgreens is not very far away

I detest your automized check-out. Gone is the friendly cashier who made you feel welcome in the store. I will be back when I hear you have started serving your customers again. Bye bye!

They wanted to “make” me use the self check out. They’re not gonna “make” me do anything. Shame on them. They made me so angry I did some research and then I found out that they’re supporting Trump in 2020. Now I’m never going to shop there again. Thanks for making me mad CVS, it really paid off.

My family was on vacation here and my father in law’s needle for his insulin injections broke. He had no spares and we were faced with the prospect of having to get a whole new set of insulin without a prescription. The pharmacist here was so nice and gave us three spare needles that fit my father in law’s insulin perfectly, and the pharmacist insisted that we didn’t have to pay. Such a relief and a huge lifesaver for us. Love love love this CVS, such good people.
