They turn off the mobile app because they don’t like people to use it. It will say breakfast is being served at dinner and dinner at breakfast so people can’t use it.In addition just poor service and food prep especially on the weekends when the kids work.

My husband and I were just there this morning Tuesday 4/23/2024 @ 9:45. We went through the drive thru and order 2 sausage Mc Muffins with cheese. We were given our total of $4.96 and pulled around to the 1st window. The cashier took our money and offered us no receipt nor did she give us one. We pulled forward and at the next window and was asked to move forward again. When we received our food we only had 1 McMuffin, when were suppose to have 2. We pulled around and my husband went inside and stated we only got one sandwich. The manager instantly stated he would have to go look through the receipts before he could give us another sandwich. I understand people always want something for free these days. Because people are just not honest and my husband would have stood there and waited just to prove a point, but week had an appointment we had to get to. This is my point my daughter is a general manager at another McDonald's and she stated the fact we were not offered a receipt was their 1st mistake. A receipt should always be offered so these issues do not happen. Also to make a McMuffin is not that expensive, it will not make or break your total profit for the day. That they should have just made the sandwich and made the customer happy. Instead you are now getting this review. The sad thing about the whole story my husband stopped by this McDonald's every morning for 8 years for a breakfast sandwich and was never treated this way until today. You have lost a valued and faithful customer.

Got my order wrong asked for it to be corrected and it was but I didn't ever get my change, while eating in. Other than that I always bring my son here when we are leaving from the park and he loves the train table.

When I entered the building there was no one there to help me at the counter. I waited a few minutes then I placed my order on the kiosk. I then waited 14 minutes for a big Mac and fries. Meanwhile, 13 cars went through the drive-through. Apparently, people in the drive through are in a bigger hurry and their time is more valuable than those of us who walked in. Then, when I finally got my order, I had to go back to get my fries because they only filled it half way. Poor service all the way through.

I wouldn't even give them one star. The lady at the front desk was really rude. I ordered mobile curbside pickup and I Also paid for it. Never received it. Sat there from 20 minutes. Went inside tried to get help, they wouldn't help me. All they said is I have to do it through the app.

This particular location always seems to prepare things to order, so they're still better than the most ubiquitous chain on the planet. Also, the employees don't seem to hate their job, and they don't take it out on you if they do.
