I rented a house through remax last year. The team was great and super friendly, especially Trina. She was always on top of any issue we had. Would definitely rent from them again.

Marg led us though the entire selling process. She had a well thought out recommendation for a selling price and many pieces of advice at the first interview. The team put together a great website with pictures of both the inside and outside including pictures from a drone. Marg helped is in the negotiations with the seller. She took care of the entirety of the paperwork; the closing was a pleasant, 30-minute process. Recommendations are her strength; her calm presence was an asset throughout the entire transaction. On a personal note, we enjoyed working with the team and her tremendously.

RE/MAX Team manages the home I rent in Nashville, IN. From my initial inquiry - to signing the lease - and through over 2 years of residence, Trina of the Team has handled every question, concern and emergency promptly and effectively. All of the support personnel they select for repairs and services are all highly professional and courteous. I really couldn't ask for more in management of a rental residence!

Very bad experience overall. Identified mechanical repairs that needed done in the first few months of living in a property managed by them. Despite repeated and ongoing promises, the repairs were never attended to.

They called and cancelled a viewing on a rental on the day of the showing claiming that there was damage that needed repair They explained that it would be a couple of days before someone could assess the problem and stated they would call after they knew more about when it would be ready to move into. Called today (2 days after the cancelled showing) to find out they had already rented it. Be careful of the wording on their rental agreement as well. They choose based on the needs of the landowner therefore even if you were the first approved, you may or may not get the unit.

We have used the RE/MAX Team to buy and sell three homes. They have never been anything but professional. We also use the property rental services and Trina has always been helpful and professional. We would recommend them to anybody.
