I paddled with Erica a few times but really enjoyed the day trip in the backwaters of Lake Monroe. There were people in attendance at all levels and Erica was great! I would definitely recommend signing up with Simply Fitness.

Erica is a fantastic, thoughtful coach and instructor for all of her clients. She is able to provide a welcoming and comfortable space regardless of participants fitness levels or experience. Simply Fitness offers a variety of experiences. My personal favorites are paddle boarding as it’s a great way to enjoy nature, and the relaxing and invigorating yoga practices. There are also many partner hosts for workshops- Leah with acupuncture is fantastic, as well as Katie, Holly, Joanna, Danielle and others for different yoga practice, Reiki, massage and so on. Simply Fitness is definitely worth checking out- something for everyone!

I love Erica’s style and the variety of options she offers at Simply Fitness. She got me started with yoga and paddle boarding and I fell in love with it! She’s a fantastic instructor for all levels of experience. Give it a try!

I've been paddle boarding with Erica several times. Each time has been unique and wonderful. On my most recent I had a few new experiences. Erica drove me to Crooked Creek in her van, Rhonda. A small group of us paddled around for a while. We spotted a heron. Somehow I managed to fall off the board. This might scare people off, but it wasn't as scary as I would have imagined. As I swam back towards the board I heard Erica say "the paddle floats". Erica quickly came on the other side of the board. She steadied it & guided me back on. Luckily, thanks to my Peeper Keepers my glasses stayed on. After changing into some dry clothes, I got right back on board. We all enjoyed the sunset, and watching stars appear. It was quite surreal sitting on a board, listening to a screech owl , and watching the full moon.I can't wait for my next adventure!

I took Simply Fitness Paddle board 101, and loved it! Erika did an amazing job of explaining and demonstrating different paddle boarding techniques. Looking forward to perfecting my newly learned skills.

I’ve worked with Erica on weight training, yoga and assisted stretch sessions. All have been great experiences. At the start of each session she always asks if there are any changes or concerns in my body and mobility and will cater the workout to what I need at the time. She is very relatable, encouraging and explains things so they are easy to understand. Since starting my training with Simply Fitness, I always look forward to my weekly exercise sessions instead of dreading them!

I have gone to many of Erica's yoga classes as well as her paddle board yoga. She gives great ques and I love her ability to find a version of a pose for every body. Today I tried out her assisted stretch session. Her communication was great and she really listened to my needs. I only did 30 minutes and wish I had done 60!

I had the pleasure of experiencing an assisted stretching session with Erica. What a great service! Erica immediately found the tighter areas of my body and gently helped to stretch those places. She asked and listened to my feedback during the session and clearly explained each movement of the assisted stretch. This is a gentle, yet effective way to rebalance the body. I will be booking more appointments.
