Refused to accept a government issued paper ID issued by the BMV to open an account for my mom, but let my nephew (a minor) open his own account using only his high school identification card. When I called to see if someone could explain the legality of this to me, I was not allowed to speak while the branch manager rudely told me that we were not going to discuss my nephews ability to open an account. When I asked her how they were allowed to deny her ID along with two other forms of identification, especially since the police accept it as an ID, she told me that her ID was "valid everywhere except here". Absolutely disgusted with the inconsistency and lack of tact or customer service.

We switched over from a larger bank with tons of fees and impersonal run around. So thankful we switched. We lost some of the bells and whistles from the larger bank but gained personal, helpful service. Totally worth it!

No wonder we closed our account & went to PNC because this bank is ridiculous, slow, & always screwing things up & wanna blame everyone else. I banked here with my mom many years & we always had issues. So very much over it & i havent had ANY issues with my other bank.
